What is the healthy life

Death is inevitable in human life, however we should try to live healthy. As the saying goes, 'Life without disease is wealth without loss'. Health is better than all other wealth. Health is essential to acquire other wealth and to enjoy the acquired wealth. Those who hold high positions, those who are educated, those who are hardworking, those who will lead the world of tomorrow, etc., are not healthy, their education and work will be useless for this world.

What is Health

Health is being physically, mentally and socially well and living life to the fullest with a long life.

 *Dimensions of Health*

There are eight different dimensions of health. They are,

01. Mental health:

02. Financial health

03. Cognitive health

04. Occupational Health

Healthy food:

Healthy food is important for good health. Eating a healthy, nutritious diet is the best way to prevent heart disease, say nutritionists. Adding fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to your daily diet is good for your heart. Include beans, fat-free or low-fat dairy products, meat, and fish in your diet.

Take salt and sugar as little as possible. Saturated fat and unsaturated fat should be consumed in moderation or avoided. But you don't have to avoid fat completely. Almond, walnut, olive oil can be included in the diet. These foods help reduce bad cholesterol in the heart.

It is good to make it a habit to eat small amounts of fruits and vegetables five or ten times a day. Consuming more fruits and vegetables can help control heart disease, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. Eating tuna and salmon twice a week can reduce the risk of heart disease. If you have a habit of drinking alcohol, keeping it under control is good for your heart. Uncontrollable alcoholism is dangerous for the heart.

 *Healthy sleep:*

Healthy Sleep Insomnia is a major health concern. People who don't get enough sleep are more likely to suffer from obesity, high blood pressure, heart attacks, diabetes and depression. Adults need 7 or 9 hours of sleep daily.

But if you constantly struggle to wake up early in the morning, it means you need more sleep. Make sleep a priority in your life. Set a regular bedtime. It is healthy to go to bed at the same time every day and wake up at the same time. This includes keeping your bedroom quiet.

The results of a study titled 'Perspective in Urban and Rural Epidemiology' (PURE) were recently published in the medical journal Lancet. The study was conducted in 21 countries across five continents. The study, which took into account measures of income in these countries, found heart disease to be the leading cause of death.

High-income countries have controlled heart disease. This study suggests that in low-income countries like India, no systematic measures have been taken to prevent deaths from heart diseases. The study also pointed out that lack of awareness about heart diseases is the reason for this.

 *Avoiding stress*

Some people resort to overeating, drinking alcohol, and smoking to avoid stress. It can cause even more serious damage. Exercising and meditation can be the perfect solution to reduce daily stress.

Avoidance of intoxicating substances like alcohol, smoking, Gutka varieties, drugs etc. should be avoided completely. Fast food, ice cream, chocolate, artificial soft drinks etc. should be avoided. Chemical products like preservatives are harmful to health. It is also good to reduce refined foods and processed foods like white maida. Let's try to make our life healthy by following this kind of eating habits.
