WHAT IS THE GREATEST REST HACK THAT NOBODY ADVISES YOU

That is about 1/3 of your knowledge on this planet. However, we always feel tired. Just grab the person sitting next to you at work, in the lounge, or at Starbucks.

Rest is a big part of our lives - we rely on it. When have you ever had a scary day and said it resulted from a lack of rest? It's a bed.

For this reason, we have been provided with 'relaxation hacks' and point-of-point articles that assure us that we are resting as a stress-free third grade.

Over the course of a year, I have looked at different approaches to the many things that should work in your life - one of the angles I have entered to rest.

Since January of this current year, I have been keeping an accounting page - consistently recording the time I rested and woke up. I equally measure my energy level during the day on a scale of 1-10.

On my scale, 1 method does nothing literally but eats and drinks. 10 ways to complete a task between 10 and 2 hours of work while traveling to the other side of the world (this will never happen).

When I first started, most days were 6 - which means about 4-5 hours of real work, reading the web, reading news stories, checking my online media accounts, sitting in front of the television, sitting alone—good general stuff.

I asked myself, "How can I be 8 a day?" I would rather be 8 a day than be 5 a day and be 10 a day - consistently my goal. 8 to me means 5-6 hours of useful work, 1-2 hours of work, and feeling welcome all day long.

Resting Hacks Does Not Work

I started researching on the web. I have found many articles encouraging everyone to keep repeating them.

• Track your rest - I used the Rest Cycle system to track my rest. The app looks great and looks fun. Anyway, having this knowledge didn't help me sleep better.

• Read a book - I love books, and I read a lot. If I have to decide what to do before doing this, it might be the case. In any case, reading does not usually help me with a nod. Usually, I was completely awake when I read an excellent book. The translation is acceptable, but it is not a separate benefit.

• No screens before bedtime - I get everything melatonin. In any case, I need to read a text from my friend at 11.05; I will.

• Break the window - Not in the cold of the year, bless your heart.

• Drink tea - I like tea, but this did not affect the rest at all.

• Sleep and notebook - I plan my next day every night, so this is getting old. I can definitely see what I'm going to do tomorrow, so I don't need to record things that will strengthen me. In addition, when I cut grass, preferring not to write, I need to rest.

• Have a shower - I take a shower.

• Change your sheets - I need a good rest consistently. Do I need to wash my bedclothes every day?

What a Suffering at Rest!

That's the only secret you need to know. I read this intriguing entry on How to Stop Stress and Start Life by Dale Carnegie. A book was published about 70 years ago.

You may be aware of this tendency when you go to bed past the point of no return: "Tomorrow will be great. I get a 5-hour break."

All things considered, you get what you really ask for. When you are expressing yourself, you will be fired tomorrow; think about what; you will be screaming all day.

When you are changing your confidence in relaxation, you are currently not going to rely on it. Casey Neistat, founder of the Beme and YouTuber program, runs a technology organization, has a family, and makes a daily film. He obviously does not depend on rest.

"Rest is my most remarkable enemy. Every day is a battle. I usually wake up victorious."

- Casey Neistat

We criticize the lack of rest so we have a languid or dawdle. I think you did this too:

Really no one ever kicked a bucket after a restful evening. I am not a supporter of sleep for less than 7 hours. Indeed, research shows that it is harmful to your well-being when you are accustomed to not getting enough rest.

Be that as it may, if you happen to get a little rest from time to time, it is not an apocalypse. Still, you can succeed if you take a 5-hour break in the evening. Just don't make a habit.

The next time you hit the grass late at the party light, or you have been dealing with your fantasy - show yourself you will feel good earlier in the day.

Since I have used Carnegie's recommendation, my energy level is reliably 8. It really happens that I can’t decide, yet I don’t over-emphasize it - I stop my thinking at rest and think differently.

The point of relaxation is not to think too much. By the time you stop giving a relaxing thought, you can find out what makes the difference - get some rest to get up and get ready to go the next day.

What is your best rest problem? Give your tip in words and we will probably continue to improve our relaxation even more.
