Battleground Mobile India to have its first MAJOR UPDATE!

Battleground Mobile India is expected to release its very first major update any day now! The updates will have various changes in the game, and the key changes will be enhancing the gameplay.

The changes include newer weapons, new missions, changes in the ranking system, and so on. One of their weapon changes is the exclusion of the M249 machine gun during airdrops. Initially, the weapon was available during airdrops, but it will be available out in the field.

In place of M249, the players will see MG3 while the airdrops are happening. And there are various changes in the MG3 machine gun as well. Starting with the ammo, the MG3 has 7.62mm ammo and has a 72 round magazine. Further, it can accept up to a 6x scope.

The ranking system has also been spiked up, and the developers have introduced new challenges. Any player-killing their own teammates will not be given points.

Right after releasing and giving fans a heartthrob in green blood, Battleground Mobile India has announced a prize pool of Rs. 1 Crore for the top 16 teams! The game developer Krafton announced the news at a press release. For this particular tournament, Krafton has also released a dedicated website.

Registrations for the Battleground Mobile India Tournament will start tomorrow! The tournament will last a period of three months, and the game is divided into five stages- In-Game Qualifiers, Online Qualifiers, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Grand Finals.

The actual tournament will begin on the 2nd of August, so hurry and register!

The gamers need to have the only eligibility criteria is that they should be a permanent resident of India, and there should be Premium or higher ranked one.

The tournament will start with 1,024 teams and end with the top 16 teams!

Krafton, the South Korean developer, said in a statement on Monday that Battlegrounds Mobile India has crossed 3.4 crores registered users within just a week after its release. On Google Play Store, the game has also been ranked first among top free games. As per Krafton in a press note, they further added that the game recorded a peak of 1.6 crore daily active users. Krafton further claimed that BGMI Launch Party had a concurrent viewership peak of around 500,000 on the first day last week via its official YouTube channel.

It does not surprise Battlegrounds Mobile India’s immense popularity as Krafton’s original title PUBG Mobile was trendy in India before its ban in September 2020 for national security reasons. The original PUBG Mobile game had over 18 crore downloads and a huge user base in India, crossing 1 billion downloads worldwide in March this year.

Battleground Mobile India is finally out! The game can be downloaded from Play Store. Earlier, the game makers had been posting teasers and posters, but we're not letting out when the game will be launched. Battleground Mobile India is the Indian Version of the PUBG Mobile game, which was also a creation of developer Krafton.

Even though Battleground Mobile India has been termed a copy of PUBG, there aren't any differences in the game, including the new green blood that we see when a person is killed.

Earlier, Krafton had opened pre-registration for people interested, and they got early access to the game. Krafton had also launched the Beta version of the game a few days back.

For people who had early access, they will see an update option on Google Play Store. If not, they can go to the store on their devices, and there, they will be able to locate the game.
