  Hire Digital is seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team. We have grown 100% year over year and our client roster includes Fortune 500s such as Citibank, Unilever, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Airbnb, Stripe, and eBay

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on challenging B2B account-based marketing (ABM) and B2B demand generation campaigns at high velocity and scale.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in setting up, executing, managing, and reporting a series of campaigns across multiple channels and platforms using advanced B2B Mar Tech tools.

   Work Scope:

 Identify and build target accounts and contact lists for campaigns based on database criteria.

Execute and manage ABM email campaigns using email marketing platforms.

Work with the marketing data management team to ensure maximum data quality and hygiene.

Analyze and report email campaign performance.

 Operational and reporting ownership of LinkedIn as a channel (LinkedIn Sponsored Feed Ads, In Mails, Sales Navigator, executive outreach), etc.

  Requirements:

•    2-4 years of experience working as a campaign operations specialist, marketing operations specialist,      or in a similar role.
•   Must be highly conscientious with a high level of attention to detail.
•   Experience in managing email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing automation systems.
•   Has strong experience working with email marketing tools, B2B database systems, LinkedIn Sales              Navigator, and advertising tools.
•   Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
•   Has reasonable knowledge of the marketing funnel, marketing to sales hands, B2B lead sourcing, and        management processes.
•   Work on a range of on-demand campaign execution processes to support the ABM and demand                generation teams.
•   Collaborate with cross-functional team members for a timely launch of marketing campaigns.

   This is a fully remote position based in India. The compensation is between 12 and 20 LPA based on experience and skill.
