What is the Core Foundation of Happiness?
According to the researchers, happiness is more important than other personal desires from every corner of the world. The three core foundations of personal happiness are Exercise, Acts of Kindness, and Gratitude. These 3 qualities make them happy at small things that bring inner peace and a calm mind to do anything in life.
- Exercise:
People who are physically fit are happier than people suffering from some illness or have any physical problems. To keep our bodies fit and happy, we need to exercise regularly. Exercise daily for at least half an hour to stay active and healthy; exercise also improves the mood and makes a person refresh. Exercise goes a long way to improve your general mood, sleep quality, and support your immune system.
- Acts of Kindness.
Kindness is a behavioral response of compassion and actions that are selfless. Acts of kindness give everyone inner peace, and it will automatically create happiness all around us. Giving a helping hand to any needy person or shoulder to cry give us self-satisfaction that we have helped someone in need. Kind people are always ready to help others, and most of them are happy compared to others. It humanizes us, lifts us spiritually, and is good for us.
- Gratitude
According to many studies and researches, people find that gratitude unlocks happiness or a key to happiness. It is the feeling and attitude of appreciation and thankfulness for the good we receive in life. People with three core foundations of happiness are always happy and are the persons who are always thankful to God for all they have.
Personal Happiness and Outlook:
Happiness is how you wake up in the morning, to the work you do, to the food you eat; your happiness is the reflection of your mood and state of mind. To sustain a healthy life, you must take time for yourself and nourish your mind daily by exercising or yoga. Meditation is also an effective way to stay happy and healthy. Adopt healthy habits which improve body fitness and bring happiness. Start your day with thankfulness to God for a new day and try to make it better than yesterday, leaving behind all the worries as worries only bring anxiety, not anything.
