What is the concept of Riyasat-e-Madina?

In the recent past, when the election campaign here in Pakistan was on its verge. Where every other party has the same manifesto as they used to have in the past where it was only limited to election slogans, not too practical steps to give some relief to its masses. Contrary to this there was a party Tahreek-e-Insaf, hows chairman (the current Prime minister Mr. Imran Khan) had high claims of bringing meritocracy, the rule of law, to bring the wealthy and elite class to justice, health reforms, equality of education to all the masses and making the state as like Riyasat-e-Madina.
The last point drew the attention of many people, political parties not only in Pakistan but also across the world, especially Muslims. As before this, no other political leader of the Muslim world used this concept. The primary purpose of the idea of Riyasat-e-Madina was to make a welfare state.
Equal rights were given to every citizen of Riyasat-e-Madina.
Concept of Riyasat-e-Madina Before 1441 Years
After the revelation on the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) ON 610, the people of Makkah were busy in worshipping idols. They were going astray when the Holy Prophet came forth with the divine message. At the very first impression, the People of Makkah laughed at Him (P.B.U.H) and his companions. But with time, they got afraid that more people are getting attracted to the Godly message.
The leaders of Makkah decided to put cruelty upon them so that they will leave their mission. But what happened was different, the Muslims migrated from Makkah to Madina under the leadership of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H), When the people of Makkah reached to Madina they were welcomed warmheartedly with the melodies and petal of flowers thrown upon them.
The migrants were poor as they left behind their homes, trades, cattle, and gardens of dates in Makkah. On the other hand, the Muslims of Madina were enjoying a very prosperous life because they had every possible facility to live happily. It was the ancient time when the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) laid the foundation of Riyasat-e-Madina with the well of Muslims of Madina.
Ansars And Muhajirins
The Muslims of Madina made them shareholders in their properties, trade, and gardens of dates, etc. Therefore they were called Ansars (The Helpers), and the migrants were given the name of Muhajirins. Every citizen was given equal rights; proper care was taken of widows and orphans. The richer were supposed to give Zakat to the poor. Good relation was made with non-muslims (minorities).

Why PMIK Facing Is Challenges?
Here the people think that the Govt only must make the project of Riyasat-e-Madina successful. But they don't realize the fact behind the success of Riyasat-e-Madina that it was the sincerity of the people of Madina, which made an example for the whole world. The people of Madina sacrificed everything for Muhajirins.
