While some medical scientists agree on the new findings and explanations of Kanner, others do not accept his views, claiming that autism is inseparable from other neurological disorders. Many medical scientists disagree with Kanner and flatly refuse to consider autism as a separate disease. This was because Kanner failed to clarify the various aspects of autism, leaving large gaps in his research. In contrast, scientists who accepted Kanner's theories soon began to use his diagnostic model in their psychological work. However, in view of the fact that Kanner's concept of autism was confusing, many medical scientists who accepted his theories used a more comprehensive diagnostic model. As a result of Kanner's misinformation, more and more people are suffering from mood disorders and have been diagnosed with autism. The concept of autism was finally clarified by Rutter in the late 70's. Rutter introduced new words and developed new ideas that could correct the full definition of autism. In an effort to dispel the confusion surrounding autism, Rutter focused his work on developing Kanner's diagnostic model. Some of the new methods presented by Rutter in the autism diagnostic program were: - The onset of the syndrome in childhood, at 30 months; - Unusual social development (viewed separately from mental development); - Slow growth and impairment of speech (considered separately and intellectual development); - Improper adaptability skills, common belief behavior and persistence in formulation. Although Kanner states that autism and dementia should be considered two separate, distinct units, Rutter revealed that the concept of autism was associated with a degree of mental retardation. Rutter refused to accept that autism should be diagnosed without measuring levels of cognitive functioning and testified that Kanner's syndrome and dysfunctional mental functions were associated. While this fact may seem contradictory and contradictory to Kanner's findings, the fact is that the Austrian scientist failed to accurately measure the IQ levels of the subjects he was studying. In fact, Kanner only acquired good memory and logical skills in his studies, not to mention other aspects of working intelligence. Rutter explained that despite their good memory and good mental acuity, a lot of autistics reveals a certain level of mental misunderstanding. Rutter's work had clarified many aspects of autism, enabling medical scientists to diagnose the disease more accurately and more easily. Rutter's advanced diagnostic model was a major step forward in psychological functioning, highlighting certain features left by his predecessors. Although there are still many uncertain aspects of Kanner's disease, medical scientists today are able to diagnose children with autism. These relationship problems also, unfortunately, help people to use people with autism. Many people with autism believe that everyone is the same, and they are naturally beautiful. In business, sadly, people are often the first to encounter companies and businesses that misbehave. This often shocks people with autism, who may not know how to deal with the condition. Some employees may not have the skills to deal with autism, which leads to poor relationships between employees. By hiring an autistic person, employers should not only teach them their new job, but also give guidance to others they should work with. Work intolerance is common, and people with autism need to be prepared for this.
