What is the Book Review warriors, workers, whines and weasels

We all know about the ship. Do you know someone who threatens to fire your company using every ****** strategy in the book to advance his career, no matter how it affects others. Warriors, Workers, Winners and Weasels: 4 Personality Types in Business and How to Manage Your Benefit by Entrepreneur Tim O'Leary We have recently reviewed the different personalities we encounter and how to manage them.

The premise of the book is that everyone must fit into one of four personality groups — warriors, workers, winers, or weasels. O'leary defines each as follows:

Warriors facing change, see opportunities, discoveries and achieve success!

Workers and Warriors who deal faithfully with the ups and downs and challenges of daily corporate life can faithfully implement the change and direction established.

Those who go through life complaining about every work they do, claiming negativity and resentment wherever they go and blaming others for their shortcomings.

Weasels, lurking everywhere, with their own deceptions and insecurities threatening your career and life goals and quickly spreading these feelings throughout the organization.

The book is designed to help you identify which group you fit into, provide the tools you need to reach the group you want to be in, and deal effectively with the people in each group. Learn how to do it. The book really does a great job of forcing you to analyze yourself honestly. O’Leary warns you that you may not like what you find, but it also strongly implies that you are in control and can make changes in your life to fit into the group you want.

It's more interesting (and fun) to imagine people you know and put them in categories that fit them. We have all encountered Winer or Weasel and it helps to tick them off and learn how to deal with them effectively so that they do not adversely affect your life. O'leary uses a similarity to the common cold — you can not completely eliminate weasels from your life, but you can take care to limit the frequency with which they enter your life. They are part of the damage caused. ,

O'Leary uses light humor with a serious perspective to combine a business book and a self-help book in an exciting way. One chapter may focus on self-analysis, the next on personal narratives from O'Leary experiences and the next on management. The book is over 200 pages long, but half as fast as the book itself. I often read several chapters in a single sitting, which is a testament to the authors 'ability to sustain readers' interest. If there is a downside (and it is not more than one), O'Leary has a very cruel honesty that makes some people misunderstand, especially those who fall into the Winer and Weasel groups.

Warriors, Workers, Winners and Weasels: Every Entrepreneur, Business Owner, Manager and Worker Should Read The 4 Personality Types In The Business And How To Manage Your Benefit By Tim O'Leary. Take advantage of their best qualities and protect yourself from those who ruin their career.
