The Boiled-Egg Diet
Let's assume you are in the mood to be health-conscious. Naturally.
In that case, the most reasonable thing to do is to follow the San Francisco Ayatollah's Diet—a strict system that requires the following:
Takes 2 people in both your family member. One being vegetarians, one being an omnivore. Each of the family members feeds the other. Not counting the people that are bête noire.
The two people being fed by the other household member are vegetarian, that is, don't eat meat, egg, fish, or milk. This means the other household member eats meat, and the vegetarian's calories come from this.
The person eating with the other household member will eat much less animal protein, chicken, beef, pork, fish, lamb, fish, goat, fish, etc. These people will also no longer eat fattening food—Soy, Carbs, Pasta, Beans, Squash, Brown Rice, Rice, Rice Flour, Cheese, Eggs, Egg Whites, Butter, Margarine, Milk, Eggs, Chicken, Lamb, Porridge, Bananas, Eggs, Lettuce, Mint, Cheese, Milk, Eggs, Eggs Black, Chicken, Duck, Chicken Liver (another rare breed, not chicken. So don't get on the rabbit party like the Canadian Canary).
Keep in mind that it takes 2 people to consume 3.56 kg (6.5 lb) of meat. So the ones living the Boiled-Egg Diet are starving, starved.
The Feeding Type
The people who feed each other are the most likely to have a tough diet. It is possible to achieve the San Francisco Ayatollah's Diet if 1 person does the diet and 1 person doesn't. Some family members are eat-in protein. You must cook food yourself. Most people cook food themselves. Then everyone in the kitchen will be healthy and happy.
If 1 person lives on a diet that gets their calorie out of food and in with protein and water, we're looking at a protein- and water-weighting diet. Some people eat a boiled egg. They will eat two sizes of small (4 p.m. roast) or 8(noon roasted) eggs (they are expensive) as opposed to us Americans.
If there is no one in the kitchen, you are looking at a diet where all the food is cooked. One feed is oven-fried or microwaved, etc. All this food would come out plump and smooth, with no fiber content. I like eggs, but I cannot remember having an egg-free meal that even remotely tasted like an egg. Even if I had them, they would not taste like real eggs.
Plain Chicken: 2 pound (11.6 oz) + 16 oz (1.1 kg) + 19.8 oz (1.1 kg) + 18.8 oz (1.2 kg) + 12.8 oz (1.1 kg) = 48 kg (104lb)
Pan-Fried: 2 pound (11.6 oz) + 16 oz (1.1 kg) + 19.8 oz (1.1 kg) + 18.8 oz (1.2 kg) + 12.8 oz (1.1 kg) = 48 kg (104lb)
