What is the best way to end a relationship with a narcissist?

When is the best way to end a relationship with a narcissist?

The best way to end things with a narcissist is to:

'You're really great. You are not me'.

You will easily find someone, I know.

I have to go and find me. I'm not good enough for you.

  I hope it gets better.'

Do not discuss or argue. Then leave.

  So, keeping everything intact.

Things do not end well with narcissists.

The best case scenario is when the narcissist leaves you for a better supply of appreciating his ego and more control over what you can do. Then he finished things. Since it was his decision, you were lucky, you wanted to end things too, but he took action.

Now, if your children or most of your friends are not the same, you can be saved very easily if you have no feelings for him.

However, if you have friends or children together, he should destroy how they see you by lying and humiliating you as if you have ended the relationship by mistake, that he is the victim and that he is doing it without their knowledge. How bad are you all together? Whatever you do, it will happen.

Be prepared and control some early damage by calling him (privately) for dam and harassment. Protect yourself by telling your family and friends about his true nature behind closed doors and that he has damn, betrayed, and abandoned you. People believe the first article of the year. Try to make it your own.

The most important thing is that you stay out of the relationship for as long as possible and do not make further commitments with them. Go not introduced.

If you soften the **** and tell them you want space, or they tell you  don't know why it's not working, and you want to work on your own.

As you know, they are vindictive, and they try to repel things and become enemies, so they have no objection to say anything. It does not matter at this point because it does not work for everyone you know, and you want to get out of the relationship and get rid of this damn.

If you are married to them, it can be more complicated due to legal involvement and more complicated if you have children.

I can not really advise until this happens, but I hope you are legally committed to them, and you can stay away. You can change your phone number or skip the call if you have started a contact. But, the main thing is not to return to the relationship.

They can say anything to get you back and the honeymoon period will be while but let them deceive you, so they never change.

He may be indicative of your "problems" for a while, so expect some people to be on his side. Are always on the sides with the narcissist. You can not stop it. Try to live a normal life and adopt healthy, self-care habits.

Do not use alcohol or drugs to help you deal with it. He may have already pointed out that since they often damn alcohol and drugs, you usually have a problem with great hypocrisy and will benefit more from it after your relationship.

Be brave. Hold your head up. Be thankful for the air he breathes every morning.

Keep a diary of what you are thankful for and the positive thoughts you have or have read. Take good care of your health.

Eat well, exercise, and keep any thoughts about drug addiction out of your mind. Learn to meditate.

Do yoga or tai chi. If you never meet him, you will strive to be the best person you can be.

I do not want to demonize people with this personality disorder, but they do not have the same emotions/feelings as those of us who do not have personality disorders.

They do not remember us, just s *** or money or anything. They do not experience real grief at the loss of another person. They can do nothing.
