What is the best tool to use for Facebook Analytics?
When it comes to analytics, Facebook Insights is a very powerful tool for those who want to track user interactions on their Facebook fan pages.
Facebook's insights can be viewed by all of your page's admins and help you track the number of active users to better understand page performance.
You can export page, post and video data from the Export Data tab. You can export up to 500 posts at a time.
Highlights to remember:
Page Data: Key page metrics such as source and audience details for engagement.
The number of fans added will increase with the cost of doing so. A Page Like campaign is required to engage fans Cost per Like (CPL) depends on the target group, reach etc.
Spamming a page with too many posts a day can lead to high contrasts. Ideally, you should post 1-2 posts per day.
We take engaged customers on average, because the number of fans participating each day is unique, but not on weekdays or multiple days.
Page ER increases with increased cost and more engagement in terms of likes, comments and shares etc.
However, if the page is just launched, you will notice that the page ER is very high and once the paid campaign starts it will decrease as the number of fans increases and hence the fan engagement is taken as the number of fans. If it is divided by a large number, its value ER is less.
Post Data: Key Post Metrics for Reach, Impressions and Feedback.
