What Is The Art Of Living In Karma Yoga

This type of behavior is hard to accept because we are taught to expect a reward for our hard work and anything less will lead to disappointment and negative emotions. Likewise, the constant association with results makes the Gita, the book of life, have a special influence on karma. Karma is characterized by activity and organic properties. Ancient Hindu sages recognized that one's life is a direct result of karma. Good thoughts, words and actions lead to a good and happy life; Bad thoughts, words and actions lead people to destruction. 1800 years ago, it was expressed by Isaac Newton who said that all things have a balance and a response. The part of yoga that deals with karma is called karma yoga. You will often be limited by your desires and needs regarding expression, but you can be free of expression but detached from its consequences. This is the basic concept that guides Karma Yoga and those who follow this path are called Karma Yogin’s. He behaves skeptically, remembering that the world will think that he does not like it, although in fact he repeated this wish and knows that there are people around him who know the true meaning of the events that are taking place. This yoga involves doing your duty almost without fail unless the results of the presentation are needed. You are patient, competitive and strong. This leads to increased stress, diabetes, depression, heart disease and suicide, and leads many young people to turn to drugs, alcohol and tobacco. Therefore, following Krishna's advice to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita: "You are worthy of play, but you are not an organic product of play" will lead you to a happy and fulfilling life. The Karma yogin understands this and therefore follows the path of detachment. But that doesn't make it boring or worth it. Unusually, he devotes all his energy to his important work, because his energy is undivided, and the most obvious can afford it. Later, the results of his campaign were very good and he got good organic products. He does not seek happiness, but happiness pursues him. This makes him a person who loves to be close and, as a result, appreciates the outcome of his life.
