India signs Air Bubble Agreement with Saudi Arabia, flights to begin from January 1, 2022.
There is an agreement with 35 countries of Air Bubble. Flights have been suspended up to 31st January 2022 due to the surge in Covid-19 cases.
The decision about the Air Bubble Agreement has been finalized between India and Saudi Arabia, which will allow all eligible travelers to travel between the two countries. On January 1, 2022, the flights will begin between the two countries.
What Is the Air Bubble Agreement?
This agreement is temporary and aimed at restarting the commercial passenger's services when regular International flights are suspended as a result of the Cvid-19 pandemic.
India has this agreement with 35 countries, including

Now, the tickets can be bought from all the Airlines by the travelers, permitted to travel between India, and the respective countries, including Saudi Arabia, in each direction through their sale agents, websites, and global distribution system.
But before making any reservations in any of the flights under the Air Bubble Agreement, the passengers must confirm that they are eligible for entry into the destination country.

Instruction for Travelers Traveling From India to Saudi Arabia under the Air Bubble Agreement
She/he should be the Nationals/Residents of Saudi Arabia. Holding a valid visa of Saudi Arabia, any Indian national or citizen of Nepal or Bhutan and destined for Saudi Arabia only.

She/he should be Indian National or Nepal or Bhutan in Saudi Arabia
Holding passport of any country, i.e. Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) cardholders & Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) cardholders.
Saudi Nationals hold a valid visa in India as per Extant Guidelines.
Passengers originating from or related to Saudi Arabia carried only to or from India and Vice versa.

Covaxin for travelers traveling from India to Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has approved Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin on 20 December 2021, as the Indian Embassy announced, and Indian nationals vaccinated with Covaxin can now travel to Saudi Arabia.
However, the Covaxin certificate with Passport number i.e, vaccinated certificate must be uploaded to the Ministry Of Health website for residents and Muqeem website for visitors.
Lastly, the Covid-19 cases are increasing rapidly and have a huge spike even in Saudi Arabia.
On Tuesday 28 December 2021, 602 new cases of the corona were found.
On Wednesday 29 December 2021, 744 new cases of the corona were found.
On Friday 31 December 2021, 819 new cases of the corona were found.
