A Chinese puzzle called a tan gram is constructed using geometrical shapes. Cut colorful sheets into five triangles, a square, and a parallelogram to create tan grams. These seven geometric figures can be used to create a variety of shapes. The seven separate tan gram parts are referred to as tans.
