What is Sport Fishing

If you like sport fishing, you will surely enjoy fishing for red fish. Redfish is a common name for many fish species in English-speaking countries. This usually applies to members of the genus  in the deep sea or Lucania in the reef snapper. It also applies to  Rough  and Alfonsino. This vibrant species is one of the best candidates in the coastal spectrum and, when properly prepared, makes a great addition to the grill menu. Even some restaurants specialize in fish. For example, at the famous Redfish Seafood Grill and Bar on Bourbon Street, New Orleans, "Redfish offers an award-winning French Quarter food parade that includes classics such as Blackened Redfish, Crawfish and Jambalaya." It states. Alternatively, the red drum, as  often called, eats , crabs, mussels, and shrimp in shallow water. The red drum is a coastal species until it reaches about 30 inches (4 years), after which it migrates and joins the coastal population. Spawning occurs in coastal waters from August to November. Sudden cold snaps can kill the red drum in shallow coastal waters. Feed on crustaceans, fish and mollusks. Lifespan of 20 years or more.

The common name for fish comes from the large copper-bronze scales. The scales are dark in muddy water and bright in clear water, but the most striking feature is the black spots at the top of the base of the tail. However, the most recognizable feature for anglers is the tail, which disturbs the calm shallow waters and often breaks the surface. Just by looking at the tails of more than 12 red fish, called this foraging behavior, you can pump adrenaline into the veins of the most stubborn athletes.

Catch a red fish is like all fishing. You need to be in the right place at the right time with the right food and tackle.

The strength or lifting force of a fishing rod is determined by its action

Light action rods have a low gauge and are ideal for casting light lures and playing small fish, while heavy action rods are much more powerful and are suitable for playing large blues such as giant catfish. Most rod manufacturers offer rods from light to heavy, but there are also extreme classes such as ultra-lightweight and ultra-heavy. Use a light, medium action rod and use the lightest line you are comfortable with, as you may need to cast a lot before finally hooking the trophy specimen. Remember to set the drag exactly (professionals actually use the dial to set it to 60% of the rated capacity).

Timing is easy. Fishing feeders in flats and oyster bars until and shortly after the tide, and fishing indentations and swamp hideouts at low tide. The most reliable location is on the edge of the mangrove near the deep sea. It combines a great feeding ground with an easy escape route when under threat.

For bait, use live bait when fishing in a frying pan. Live animals such as red worms, night owls, reach, maggots, crabs, reptiles, amphibians, and insects can be used as food in all bodies of water except artificial flies and artificial diets. Dare to throw bait or lure near the mangrove, let it sink for a few seconds, and then slowly entangle it. Red fish tend to shake their tails slowly when feeding. When a hit comes, you will know everything about it, and the fish will do all the work to set the hook. Your job is to get rid of fish from mangroves and enjoy the battles of your life. This is when the Light Tackle Fishing Challenge tests your skills and fills your spirit with pride.
