Developers are the people who are capable of building stuff for a world that is becoming increasingly more reliant on technology. That's why the demand for developers is only going to increase more and more over the next ten years . Wherever you go in this globe you will find a programming job and the demand is so high; who do not want to have a website, mobile app or a piece of software that automates some tasks?

Up to now, I will tell that is the crazy journey, as the digital gold rush is just just beginning. This system is rapidly shaping — superb software developers, cryptography experts, disruptive ideas, business investors, business partnerships, early adopters, and today with Sparkchain — even selling and communications experts.Presently, we expect more changes as expanded governmental guidelines and rules can change the strategy.
The developers of a product often have several layers between them and the customer. Smaller code changes delivered often means shorter feedback loops, which will increase the developers understanding of what the customer wants. This improvement can lead to improved decisions and technical innovations that are more aligned with what the user needs. The more you know your customers, the easier it is to build the right thing.
Standards should keep a balance between the creative side of the work and adherence to workflow principles. If you choose to keep your developers caged within a strict framework, you may inhibit the process. Besides if your app is innovative, you will have to venture into unknown territory at some point. The standards should pose a necessary minimum, yet they should be enforced to avoid unnecessary risks.
Hybrid mobile app development will continue growing and become an increasingly important viable platform for app developers in the future. Hybrid application development with native tweaks will eventually become mandatory. The importance of hybrid apps will be further realized by developers in the future as the expected market shares increase. Hybrid app development will inevitably allow you to match the performance levels currently only available on high performance native apps in the future.
As technology developers focused on providing impactful solutions to global development challenges, we have learnt that technology alone cannot be a solution to the problem. It has to be seen in the context where the solution is applied. This might often be the sector that you are working on, the geography that you are concerned about or the population that your solution is aimed for. Our approach has always been to understand the context better and then develop the solution rather than the other way round. For eg.
On day one we had a self learning clinic where we were taught some relevant skills on how to use version control software such as git-bash and the git-hub duo for software development, also we were introduced to test driven development techniques for software development which I found to be pretty awesome. each day there is a task that is supposed to be finished before some deadline which if you don't manage your time well you'll find your self not meeting the deadlines. It's day two on boot camp and my dream of becoming a software developer is getting brighter by the day.
If you’re in the tech sector, you know exactly how hard it is to find and keep good software developers. They’re rare, in high demand, and often poached. But at my company, Patriot Software, we’ve enjoyed an average employee retention rate of over 7 years, and a management retention rate of over 10. (Kappel, M., May. 2016)
When it comes to software developers, it’s imperative that you give them space to operate. Let’s use a little common sense to diagnose why. How happy would you be doing repetitive tasks that are small in complexity and significance, day after day, week after week? Even if the job paid well, the boredom would have you thinking about working elsewhere. I know I would be thinking of working elsewhere! (Kappel, M., May. 2016)
