What is shyness? How to remove shyness.

What is shyness?  How to remove shyness.

There is a big difference between shyness and introversion. Shyness means fear.  Fear of talking to others.  Some have more, and some have less, but everyone has shyness.  Shyness means that you want to speak but feel scared, unable to speak.  Some fear speaking in public, and some fear speaking in the classroom.

Introvert means to have fun with yourself.  They have nothing to do with the other.  They are not afraid to talk to anyone; they just do not want to talk to anyone.

Shyness is not born in anyone that if someone is born, then he is born with shyness.  Some of the childhood experiences that make us shy are if you said something in the classroom or asked something to the teacher, you said something wrong, and the students laughed at you.

If your brother or sister got a prize or always comes first in the class, your own parents start comparing him, and you become shy.

When the child is small, he starts speaking, then, in the beginning, the child speaks wrongly like the bulb to the baby, then everyone laughs, then the child feels that he is laughing when he speaks.  And he gets shy.

As shyness comes in us, we can take it out in the same way; we can remove shyness with 3 steps-

 1.  Never say I am shy–

Never tell anyone that you are shy.  You say this so that you can avoid participating; there is no pressure on you.  But by doing this, you make others even more powerful.  They try to suppress you, fill you looser, and you become shyer.

Shyness is there in everyone, but some don't show it in front of everyone.  If you want to convert shyness into confidence, then first, you have to stop beating it.

 Don't Tell Everyone About Shyness.

It's about the screen, don't lift the curtain.

 2.  Accept the rejection

Everyone gets rejections in life; we should not run away from them but accept them.

Somebody likes Virat Kohli, and some like MS.  Dhoni.  No matter how perfect, intelligent, good-looking, or stylish you are, it is not necessary that everyone likes you.  There are so many people in the world; rejecting one or two does not mean you are less than anyone.

If you accept rejection, you can reduce shyness.  So don't be afraid to speak next time, put your point in front of people.

Do not think you will say something wrong, or your words will be boring, or you will get rejections; remember, we have to accept the rejection and move on.

Politicians lose elections, but still, they fight elections.  When the film flops, actors make another film because they have accepted the rejection, and anyway, once they fail, how long will you sit on it and cry.

 3.  Take Action-

Nothing happens by always deciding what you have thought; you have to take action on it.  Start small.  For example, if you go for a walk in a park, move in the opposite direction of the direction people are walking to see you.  Talk to the people there.  Make eye contact while talking before thinking about which topic to talk about.

If you suddenly become bold in the place where you work, everyone will say that it has become crazy; what happened to it.  Therefore, join a new club, collect information about it and tell people about it, show that you know everything, and talk to people by becoming confident from day one.

Shyness will never take you forward in life.

So take small steps; if you are a student, ask the teacher, even if you have doubts, ask; this will gradually reduce your shyness.
