Secular Christians are those who walk the path of life with little more than "blind faith" They are led to this belief system that Christianity is based entirely on feeling, and the concept of God has mere existence in the mystical realm of faith and has no basis in facts. Man is made after God. We are an imitation of Krishna. The atheist class, they think that They have painted a form of God according to one's own feature of the body. But that is not the fact. Here in this material world, we are getting different types of forms of body.
The Bhagavad gita describes the universe as being under the control of God, Krishna, and his representatives, the demigods. Although Krishna calls the material energy his external energy, although He is not directly in contact with it, He has his representatives in management positions in every department of the universe.
It is insanity to suggest that this universe is created and is going on simply by random chance. The universe is working on very exact timings and the arrangements are very perfectly made. And everything keeps working also, so that means the required adjustments and corrections are also being made by the intelligent demigods.
In the Bhagavad gita we know that our bodies are simply matter, they are machines made out of the material energy, and like other machines they are lifeless and inanimate. We are the spirit souls who are operating or driving these material bodies. If we can understand this simple point, it will open up our understanding of the universe immensely.
Our physical bodies only appear to be alive and have the ability to move and act because they are operated by our spirit soul. Matter has no initiative of its own and can only be controlled by us, the soul. If we see matter moving or acting anywhere in the universe, we can know for sure that it is not the matter moving by itself. There must be some living force that is moving the matter, or some living forces who have created and who are working some machine.
In our bodies, there are many things going on that we are not actually aware of. And when we look on a larger scale to any business or organization or country, we see that things do not go on randomly simply by chance. Everywhere we find there is intelligent direction, there is management, there are rules and regulations and laws.
Bhagavad gita states that Krishna is the original cause of the material manifestation. The Material world is a temporary manifestation of one of the energies of the Lord. In the material energy, there are eight principal manifestations, of which the five sense objects are included. They are the manifestations of physical sound, touch, form, taste and smell. Material science comprises these ten items and nothing more. But the other three items, namely mind, intelligence and false ego, are neglected by the materialists.
Krishna's internal energy is His spiritual energy, and the material energy is called Krishna's separated energy. Generally speaking, Krishna does not have anything directly to do with the material world. The material world is run by the various demigods, who are put into their positions by Krishna.
