1. Sattu as a drink
Ingredients :
2-4 table spoon sattu
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 table spoon chopped coriander leaves
1 table spoon Chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon mango powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon
1 glass of water
Mix all ingredients in a glass of water by using a spoon. Drink this delicious sattu shake on an empty stomach either in the morning or 2.5 hrs after a meal.
2. Sattu as pratha/ litti
Ingredients :
8-10 tablespoon sattu
1 tablespoon garam masala(mixture of ground spices used in Indian cookery, usually containing black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, nutmeg).
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 teaspoon mango powder or 1 mango pickle
1 onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder or 1-2 green chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paste of garlic
Now mix all the above ingredients in the same proportion as mentioned. Take one tablespoon cooking oil and mix these ingredients. Take another bowl and take wheat flour and make dough. Leave the dough for some minutes. Now take small pieces of dough and stuff that mixture into it. Then make it as paratha or as little. Whatever you wish.
3. Sattu as instant sweet
Take one cup of state. Mix it with ghee or butter. Now add two tablespoons of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Now mix it with taking the appropriate amount of water. Make it like dough. Leave it for 15 minutes, now take small round doughs like laddo. Eat this delicious sweet as your desert.
