In any great movement that brings about great change in a country or people, it is called the watershed moment. The watershed moment was a signing event that sparked an onslaught of great and historic change. In American history, that watershed moment may have been the Boston Tea Party. But in the context of black history, especially considering the major role played by the civil rights movement in the history of blacks in this country, there is virtually only one waterfall for anyone who understands black history. On December 1, 1955, a young black woman named Roza Parks boarded an Ordinary City bus. Crowded on the bus, the bus driver ordered Mrs. Park to vacate her seat, according to the cultural system of the day. But Rosa Parks was not interested in seeing the cultural order continue. There are many reasons why such a simple event could have such a powerful impact on the people as it did on the black community in the 1950s. Apparently the frustration and collective power of a movement was already built up in the black community. A situation like this can best be described as a Tinder box waiting for a spark to ignite. When that ordinary black woman finally decided that she would no longer be a slave to whites and said she did not want to set foot, it fueled the civil rights movement.
Rosa Parks is not a trained motivator or a skilled manipulator in groups. Since she is just a citizen and an ordinary woman with normal daily needs, it is a powerful statement that it is time for society to take action and influence change. When she refused to give up her bus seat, she did not even think of starting a civil rights movement to change the country. She later said in an interview about the incident ...

Rosa Parks won the right to be considered human for herself and for her people throughout America and around the world with her simple civil disobedience. He inspires all of us to demand the right of ordinary human dignity to all the citizens of this great land. And the contempt story of Rosa Parks shows that if we demand it, it will be conquered.
