It is tough to understand that how to satisfy students, but teacher has   skills who satisfy beautifully. Since our childhood till to graduation level, different teachers teach us.  We experience different methods of teachers and if someone teaches according to our nature then that's become our  teacher. Teachers  try to apply various methods to improve levels of students. Teachers studies to bring creativity into students.  Here isn't only responsibility of teachers to teaches, but they have to make them kind, teach them good manners   which help them to solve barriers of life. As our daily life is different from school life. Teachers  have to teach them how to survive in society? People   blame on teachers that because  students are losing their inner confidence. Teachers have power to create inner confidence into students. Teachers must have enough knowledge of a subject and have skills to teach, should verify  students are getting or not. Sometimes it's become terrible to face philosophy of those students who bury themselves into matters of family and teachers unable to understand their holes and slowly students go to the side of disappointment. There must be proper meeting on the philosophy of students that how to understand students feeling which they hide from teachers only because of fear of shame. Teachers are a guider. Their  personality must be decent and sensible, have tools to support. Teachers must apply appropriate rules which leave impact on students. If teachers have knowledge, but don't know how to manage classes   then he/ she will be unable  to convey knowledge. Teachers are the maker  of nations. They make a  nation. 

Challengable 

Teachers should be able to accept any challenge. Always bring creativity into curriculum. Create daily lessons planning. His/ her timetable according to syllabus. Always motivate students to stand at any danger path of life and face it bravely. If you always try to go away from problems then you will never get dreams. 

Knowledge, creative, credible 

Teachers knowledge attract students towards them. Students always keep desire of teachers who make them comfortable that nothing is tough and clear their concepts. It depends upon  a  teachers to share knowledge. 

Diverse

There must be diversity into knowledge. It must be experimental and practical. There should be creativity. Teachers design activities for them  which should be organized. Teachers divided syllabus and bring work sheets for students and take a surprise test. It's not only to teach them, but take their feedback.  

Confidence 

Without confidence  your knowledge is nothing. If you haven't ability to talk then no one value you. Teachers must have speaking and listening skills. If teachers themselves are lazy and coward then how can they develop personality of a students.  Teachers must complete into proper ways. Teachers have direction to lead students to access. Teachers assessment is needful. 

Self awareness, self discovery, self assessment. 

Teachers should look after their own assessment that how much their knowledge is useful. Must confirm they are giving revelant knowledge and provide material to the students, must be appropriate. Have skills to satisfy students and develop their ideas about life.
