•  Head aches 

•  Skin problems

Emotional symptoms of PMS are :- 

•  Feeling Depressed 😔

•  Cry 😭 Suddenly

•  Mood swings.

•  Feeling sleepy always.

•  Can't able to concentrate 

•  Change your desire to have intercourse, etc.

There are some conditions like anxiety, depression, and thyroid disease can act like Premenstrual syndrome.

What I can do to get relieve of Premenstrual syndrome?

There are many ways to get relief is period cramps and Premenstrual syndrome there are :- 

• Do aerobic exercise like walking, running, swimming, etc.

•  Do yoga.

• Have more sleep than usual.

•  Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones).

• Use hormonal birth control like pill 💊, implant, hormonal IUD.

Note :- You should consult your doctor before taking pain medication.

Causes of Premenstrual syndrome?
