When most people hear the phrase "positive awareness," they either refer to it as "positive thinking" or they immediately think of a particular issue that needs to be brought to light, such as AIDS, diabetes, or even environmental issues. The phrase "positive awareness" is emerging as a new standalone concept that implies we are conscious of the consequences that our positive energy has on our immediate environment as well as on all of our life.
Positive energy:
Positive energy is typically created intermittently rather than consistently, which makes its benefits highly transient. When energy is formed, it can be extremely powerful at first, but as soon as it enters the outside world, all the bad energy in that area may cause it to weaken or dissipate.
You would eventually develop into a positive force in your environment if you continuously produced positive energy, not only during your day, but also while you slept. Your world would enlarge along with your space as it did so due to the expansion of the energy within it. Your positive energy field will eventually grow to be so large that it will block the entry of any negative energy.
Effects of negative energy:
Negative people not only perpetuate negative energy, but they also produce it in various ways. Examples of this include the thoughts and statements you make, your beliefs and the things you trust, as well as your emotional state. More of the same bad energy is drawn to the area where this negative energy is growing. The positive energy that is created is immediately canceled out by the negative energy that already exists in you, therefore no number of positive affirmations will be able to eradicate that negative energy.
The majority of people constantly oscillate between the positive and negative ends of the energy spectrum, resulting in a random mixture of positive and negative energies that cancel each other out and leave only a small dividend—either positive or negative, but most definitely not enough of either to make a significant difference.
Positive thinking:
By thinking only positive ideas, saying only positive words, putting your trust in only those things that benefit you, and keeping a pleasant emotional state, you can generate the most powerful positive energy possible. In theory, that sounds nice, but let's be real. How many people can claim that they only have positive ideas, only use positive language, only have positive things to believe in, and that they are in a pleasant emotional state 99.9% of the time? There are probably not many, but the great thing about the method I employ is that it offers you room for error and the chance to correct it.
To put it another way, you have the power to transform a bad thought or remark by considering it and restating it in a good way, using only positive words. Avoid using any words that are unfavorable on their own. This makes certain that all negativity is eliminated, and only positive energy is generated. You could find it harder to sustain a positive emotional state and to put all of your faith, trust, and beliefs into good things. But you can change your energy field for the better as long as you are actively replacing as much negativity with positivity as you can.
Don't be a Pessimist:
Why should it matter now that you know how to make it happen? If you're clever, you've already figured out the answer to that one. You attract negativity when you are pessimistic. It is that easy. Similar energies pull toward one another, whereas opposite energies repel. The varying rates at which everything vibrates affect whether anything is positive or bad, especially when it comes to thinking. Your mental process is where creativity first emerges. Although a tree vibrates far more slowly than our thoughts do, this does not imply that the tree is unfavorable. Everything is compared to other things. Similar to comparing apples to baseballs, this would be. Except for the fact that they are both spheres and are formed of energy, their only other similarity is that they are both spheres.
Be an Optimist:
Having only good energy ensures that you attract only positive things into your life, helping you to achieve the things you desire. It implies that you are no longer drawn to the unpleasant aspects of life. Additionally, it implies that while you go through the process of eradicating negativity, your brain will eventually undergo reprogramming as a result of the rewiring you will have put it through. You'll be surprised at what transpires if you anticipate a bad result from a forthcoming circumstance. Now that your brain is aware that negativity should be avoided, it alters the circumstance such that you experience positivity. This is how things have been going for me, and it always makes me happy.
I'd want to make you aware of one additional aspect of this. Weather systems, such as high pressure or low pressure, are either positive or negative energy. A sunny, warm day with little humidity indicates high pressure or good energy. A string of tornado-producing severe thunderstorms is an extremely potent negative energy field. If you are negative, these storms will come right to your front door; if you are positive, they will dissipate or move on. This has been my repeated experience, and I still believe it to be true.
While you are on this path to seeing actual results, there are undoubtedly several small hints that can be of great assistance. And the process won't take place overnight, since your brain is structured in such a manner that every negative thought and word you have ever had or spoken has become a habit for you. You can only affect change by consistently generating only positive energy. And as that positive energy expands, it will change every perceived negative outcome into something positive, rewiring your brain to automatically produce only positive energy for you.
There you have it, then. I'm hoping that as you go through this process, the world will change positively alongside you as you realize all the new and fantastic opportunities that are opening up to you. You'll be able to realize your dream eventually.
