What is pollution?
Pollution is the preface of injurious substances or stuffs into the atmosphere. Pollution is a global issue. Its effects on human health are large in numbers. There are different kinds of pollution such as air pollution, water pollution, land pollution and soil waste pollution etc. which are the reasons behind incurable diseases and problems to not only humans but also to animals, trees and plants.
The community throughout the world will face the worst result with the passage of time. The air is a basic ingredient of human wellbeing which they breathe in. but unluckily the air pollution is common all over the world and mostly in developed countries. Even most famous cities are facing the same problem. Pollution has hazard substances which could affect the health of human being. Sometimes it takes the person to death.
What are the effects?
Pollution particular effects are definitely a lot of and wide-ranging. There is no distrust that extreme levels of pollution are the result of a lot of damage to animal & human strength, tropical rainforests, as well as the whole environment. In living organisms its effects could range from mild disturbance to some serious diseases for example cancer etc.
The air pollution effects the functioning of lungs, irritation in eyes, mouth, nose and throat. It could cause asthma attacks, coughing and sneezing. It decreases energy level. People feel dizziness and headaches and premature deaths etc. similarly the water pollution can be the cause of some diseases in human and animals such as Typhoid, Acariasis, Hookworm and Apophasis. The polluted water of beach cause rashes, pink eye, respiratory infections, vomiting, stomach aches and Hepatitis etc. water become polluted by some chemicals like pesticides, heavy metals and hydrocarbons. What are the causes?
Especially across the nations, the population has expanded. One of the main factors of pollution in US and in UK is the revolution of industries which started in the 1780s. This revolution started producing goods cheaper, but polluted the environment on a big level.
Two things come in mind while thinking about pollution, one is the transportation and the second is chemical plants. The usage of vehicles has grown. As a result, which directly cause using of the patrol and produces carbon after burning.
There are other causes of pollution as well such as acid rains and the chemicals from large manufacturing factories while making medicines, cosmetics, cleaning products etc. the manufacturing of agriculture also creates damaging chemicals which run off into water in the shapes of fertilizers, pesticides to manage insects, fungicides to stop diseases, and herbicides to murder weed. Which indirectly affect marine life and the people dink such water.
What are the solutions?
The worldwide steps have been taken to cater this problem to protect the environment. Nations are trying to motivate the thought of avoiding production of carbon dioxide. In the recent scientific American article, Foley said about that revolutionary agricultural practices in which different agriculture technique and verities of new plant and usage of water and fertilizer efficiently have been discussed.
When it comes to the air pollution, new projects helps to reduce the emitting of carbon dioxide from vehicles. And they are trying to introduce more environmental friendly automobiles. The recycling of waste product would be another good step towards reducing pollution because waste material such as plastic which contains oil is hard to decompose and fill the land. It is needed by individuals and companies to reduce the use of gasoline in order to lessen the level of greenhouse harmful gases. (World Bank)
