What is the difference between POS and POP?

Calculations:

percentage amount = (product price)*20)/100

Greater than 20% amount:

greater than amount = product price + Percentage amount

Less than 20% amount:

less than amount = product price - Percentage amount

Ex:

percentage amount = ((49,900)*20)/100 = Rs.9,980

Greaterthen 20% amount:

greater than amount  = 49,900 + 9,980 = Rs.59,880

Lessthen 20% amount:

less than amount  = 49,900 - 9,980 = Rs.39,920
