Laymen often confuse and confuse “personality” with “character” and “personality”.
Our attitude is a biological model that works with our environment.
Our character is a set of built-in elements that we are born with. In particular, it is irreversible (although recent research shows that the brain is more plastic and more flexible than we thought).
In other words, our attitude is our nature.
Our character in particular is the result of the process of interacting with people, actions and signs of our nature and developing our mind during the formative years (0-6 years and adolescence).
Our character is a set of all the attributes we have that we have often judged by cultural and social status.
Sometimes the interaction of all these factors results in an abnormal personality.
Personality is a common pattern of thought, feelings, and behavior that makes a person unique.
When we say that a person is “good-natured” we mean that he or she is attractive, attractive, and fun.
Everyone wants to be attractive to others. To do that, having a good personality is important - almost even more than good looks.
In fact, about 85-90 percent of your success and happiness will result from your interactions with others. Ultimately, your personality determines whether people are attracted to you, or they run away from you.
Although we can improve our appearance to some degree, we can improve our personality as we wish. We can develop or incorporate into our personality whatever qualities we deem appropriate and acceptable.
Here are some good ways to improve your personality:
1) Be a better listener:
There is nothing more appealing than listening to it.
2) Learn more and expand your interests:
The more you learn and cultivate new interests, the more interested you become in others. When you meet new people it allows you to share what you know and change your ideas with them.
Be a good conversationalist
3) This is about how well you read and know:
Once you have a lot to contribute, learn to talk about it with others. No one can read or know everything, so it is refreshing to read to others those things that we do not have time to read for ourselves.

4) Have an idea:
There is nothing more frustrating than trying to talk to someone who has no opinion. Conversation has no place to go if you have nothing to explain. However, if you have a strange idea or different ideas, you are very entertaining and encouraging to have a community (unless you know everything, of course). A unique perspective expands everyone's perspective.
5) Meet new people:
Make an effort to meet new people, especially those who are different from you. It not only exposes you to different cultures and ways of doing things, it also extends your horizons.
6) Have a positive attitude and attitude:
Who wants to be among the worst people, the most complaining, or the worst? In fact, most of us run when we see them coming. Instead, be the kind of person who brightens the room with your energy when you enter it. Do it with the best of people and things. Smile warmly, spread the word, and let others live by your presence.
7) Enjoy and see the funny side of life:
Everyone enjoys having someone make them laugh or smile, so look at the funny, bizarre side of the situation - it's always there. Comedy relaxation is an acceptable and sometimes necessary way. If you can add sweetness and gentleness to a dark or gloomy place, others will be naturally attracted to you, not to mention grateful.
8) Support others:
Support is probably the most appealing quality you can incorporate in your personality. Just like acceptance, be supportive of others when they need you. We all love the cheerleader in our corner; a person who is encouraging, who believes in us and who helps lift us up when we are down.
9) Be honest and treat people with respect:
Being honest and faithful in your word will bring you praise, respect and gratitude from others. There is nothing that enhances a person's personality more than honesty and respect - respect for others, and self-respect.
We humans have the capacity and the ability to shape our personality in the way that we would like to be. When we develop ourselves into whatever we can be, we give of ourselves, as well as the happiness of others.
Related note, having a happy, attractive person is closely related to Emotional Intelligence (EI or EQ). Those of us with high EI always have a good personality.
