What is Patriotism?
Love with country or land.
Introduction :-
At which zone of land a man born, where he got sustenance and where his near and dear persons live, that is the country of a man. A man has love for the walls, gardens, meadows and lanes of his country. Simply, this emotional dependence is called patriotism.
A man has a lot of love with his country. Through which places a man had passed, he bounded in love with them and could never forget them.
Effects of patriotism :-
This love forces a man to sacrifice his life for his land. A patriot feels that integration of man is impossible without love with country. He also loves the environment of his country. Drunken in this love, he became ready to sacrifice his life for his land. There is a proverb that
"Patriotism is a part of faith"
Love with country would be based on the moral and manlike principles. The land which fosters a man, which cherishes a man with humanely, sympathy and affection demands to be loyal with that.
Patriotism is not a new thing, rather it is a natural feeling. Birds, animals and insects also loves their homes. A patriot who is living very happy in abroad must remember his mornings and evenings which he had passed in his country, rather sometimes he weeps in the remembrance of these moments and in the remembrance of his near and dear persons.
Demands of Patriotism :-
Patriotism is not only a feeling, but also demands a lot of things. The first and biggest demand of patriotism is to be loyal with that country which fosters a man. Patriotism also demands that anybody who belongs to any faculty must do his job with excellence. It is the duty of engineers to invent new things, doctors should treat their people, students should focus on their studies and teachers should do teaching in high manners to made their country stronger.
Patriotism also demands to protect the boundaries of country. For this, it is necessary that new race must know about the ideology of country. A poet said
"Luck of nations is in the hands of people
Everybody is the star of nation's luck"
Our duty as a Patriot :-
Moreover, we should sacrifice our interests over the interests of country and work according to the interests of country. Antipodal to it a man who don't have love for country, money is every thing for him.
It is also a demand of patriotism that when country calls his people, they should run for its help. As a soldier, they should proffer their services. History proffers many examples when people sacrifice their lives for their land
In 1965 a war between Pakistan and India, many Pakistani soldiers sacrifice their lives for their land.
The parole of Nathan Hale is that
" I regret that I have only life to offer for my country"

Independence is an indefensible wealth whose importance could not be apprized. Once Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan said

"Passion, Faith and Patriotism"
Reality of Patriotism :-
Shortly truth, troth and loyalty are the demands of patriotism These demands are very tough but for a patriot it is not difficult to suffice on these demands.
