People sometimes think mental health means absences of the mental disorders or any kind of disease of brain which is wrong. It doesn’t mean that if someone has no mental disorder or brain disease, you are mentally health. It is all about how he feels, behave, think and interacts with people socially. Our mental health strongly impact our normal everyday behavior, lifestyle, moods, emotions, relations, handle problems, decision-making, social interactions and physical health. If a person is not mentally healthy, he cannot perform his responsibilities and daily tasks properly. He cannot enjoy his life. He cannot feel happiness sometimes. Mental health effects a person’s physical abilities. Physical health and mental health are strongly interconnected. If a person is physically ill, his mental health is also effected and vice versa. Disease conditions like depression, anxiety and many others like this can affect mental health and also physical routine duties. Young People and new generations are facing poor mental health, mostly. There is no physical test to find out either a person is suffering from poor mental health or not. "Eat lightly, breath deeply, live moderately and cultivate cheerfulness"
Smoking is injurious to health, both physical and mental. Quit smoking for your healthy mind and better life.
"The advice I'd give to somebody that is silently struggling is, you don't have to live that way. You don't have to struggle in silence. You can live with a mental health condition, as along as you open up with someone about it, because it is really important to share your experience with people so that you can get help that you need"
