What is Meditation and its importance

Meditation is that stage of a meditator's conscious mind in which the meditator feels a delightful feeling, beyond his imaginations, that is called "Shelter of God" in spirituality. The Meditation is a journey to unite into one's adorable, nurturer one and only "God the Supreme Divine." It is an effort to obtain that concentration when a meditator finds himself close to God the Supreme Divine, separated from worldliness. It is a curiosity to know oneself.

Necessities of Meditation

Today, human civilization is the most developed and intellectual civilization on Earth. It has been developing year after year for a long time. In this period of development, it has gone so far that we have turned away from spirituality. We have taken so much burden on ourselves in the race of development that we have been tangled in it like a net. And due to this, we have caused damage to our beautiful nature, which once deserved a healthy life.

Only Meditation has that ability by which anyone can keep his mind calm and satisfied. A conscious mind devoted to God is always calm, and it can think about the rise of human civilization, never about the decline. Otherwise, the decline of human civilization is fixed. A calm and satisfied mind always promotes affinity and fraternity in society.

Meditation is that valuable moment of a meditator's whole life in which he can interview himself. Only after this interview can he understand those actions due to which, what he lost, what he found.

Meditation plays an important role in pacifying our conscious minds. Our conscious mind gets a supernatural power through it, which helps us understand the reality of the existence of nature. There is such a power in the Meditation, which connects us to the Universe beyond our personal selfish worldliness, and we move on the path of God the Supreme Divine. And then, we can think good about the world. And then, human civilization moves towards a good future.

About Meditation

To do Meditation is not so easy. There is a need for a long period of daily practice. The mind has to be concentrated. A concentrated mind means to stabilize one's mind on a particular thing, don't let one's mind deviate, don't let any other thoughts come to one's mind. The particular thing, which is stabilized in one's mind, must be "God the Supreme Divine," whomever the meditator believes.

After a long period of practice, the meditator obtains such a concentrated mind. He cannot feel anything around him; his m; hiss stabilized on a particular thing (i.e., God the Supreme Divine). Then he starts a new journey with his conscious mind in the spiritual world. He can feel free from worldly bondages. He starts to feel that everything is like a theatre play. This is the " State of Self-Knowledge

."

Self-Knowledge is such an achievement that everyone wants to achieve. The meaning of Self-Knowledge is the sign of God, "The meditator is in a state of Complete Meditation." In this state, he forgets himself, and he is not able to feel himself. This is where he interviews himself, and from here, he moves towards the ultimate truth on the path of God the Supreme Divine. And his Penance begins from here.

Meditation is the act of dedicating oneself to the shelter of God, the Supreme Divine. Believing that God is one's everything, all relatives are the same, and he is the only destination is true dedication to God. All decisions of God must be accepted by a meditator. Whatever God does, he does well; a meditator must believe it. May God reside in all his desires. May God reside in all his thoughts and speeches. This is true dedication to God.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it would be true to say that the Meditation is that secret through which a meditator unites in God the Supreme Divine, and he is freed from all worldly bondages.
