Any system that is capable of performing tasks such as breathing, moving, growing, reproducing, feeding, metabolizing, excreting, and responding to external stimuli is considered living.
How profound is the question, "What is life to me?" It can also mean, "What is life to me?" In any case, different people have different ideas about what our purpose in life is. While some people believe that our paths are already predetermined and we just have to follow them, others choose to seize the day and create the life they have always wanted. Theorist, who are you?
Still, it's a fascinating point because so many of us have no idea what the future holds for us, or even if the future even has anything. When I was younger, I would never have thought of marrying three times and having children with separate wives.

1. Ikigai
This is the first concept of Japanese that means to determine the meaning of your life. Determine the reason for your daily awakening. Choose a project that matches your interests, talents, and the world's needs.

2. Shikata ga nai
Secondly, the concept shows that Let go of what you can't change. Realize that some situations are simply out of our control and that is acceptable. Let go and focus on what you can change.
3. Wabi-Sabi
The third concept is all about discovering flaws in peace. Realize that no one and nothing in life is flawless, including you. Instead of striving for perfection, embrace the imperfections that give life its individuality.
4. GAMAN
It is a 4th concept that means Keep your dignity when things get tough. Show emotional restraint and maturity in the face of adversity. Always be understanding, resilient and patient.
5. Oubaitari
According to the fifth concept, Stay away from peer comparison. Each person has their own time frame and path. It is important to focus on your own development rather than trying to compare yourself to others.
6. Kaizen
As a Sixth concept, Always strive to improve in all aspects of your life. Over time, even small adjustments can add up and have a significant impact.
7. Shu-Ha-Ri
The seventh and last point describes The instructor appearing when the student is ready, according to a great Japanese philosopher. The teacher disappears as soon as the student is truly ready. It is a way to approach the process of learning and improving a skill.
