I have experienced individuals, couples, families and entrepreneurs over the years. Throughout this experience I developed an intensive healing process called Inner Bonding, which anyone can learn and use throughout the day (free courses are available - see resource box at the end of the article). The first step in this process is desire.
We cannot begin the journey without the desire to do so. Without our willingness to do what is necessary to heal, we cannot begin our journey to heal and grow our soul. Our own suffering, fear, anger, suffering, loneliness, loneliness, helplessness, depression, security - that means we are ready to experience our feelings, learn and take full responsibility and do what is necessary. Emotion, value, love and happiness. Desire means to create our feelings from our thoughts, beliefs and actions, we are ready to know. This means that we are ready to face anything to cure fearful beliefs.
Desire means that we choose to be brave and confront our monsters - towards the shadow that we do not want anyone to know. It means being ready to come out of denial about the suffering we are experiencing, ready to hide from ourselves. Desire means we are ready to know how much control we have over our own suffering, others and the outcome of things. Without judgment, we cannot choose how deeply we want to control everything and open up until we are ready to see until we try to control it in all open and subtle ways.
Desire means that we are ready to ask for help from a source of spiritual energy and from others who can bring love to heal us. It means that we are ready to accept that we can not find our security without spiritual guidance - we are ready to invite the Spirit into our hearts and guide us. We have accepted the journey of the sacred authority to know about love on this planet.
We cannot go to the next stage of our internal bonding process, intending to know what we are thinking or doing to cause our pain until we come out of rejection about our inner suffering. Not ready. As long as we reject our pain, we may not realize that we have internal pain and may not be motivated to learn about it. Our rejection is one of the ways we protect ourselves against pain. We may not be ready to get out of rejection if it is not more important to love ourselves and others than to avoid our suffering.
Desire means you care about the physical sensations in your body. If you are not ready to feel what is going on in your body, you may not know if you believe or are behaving in a way that hurts you. Feelings such as pain, anger, anxiety, distress, fear and loneliness are physical sensations that occur in the body. When you blunt your body with substances or shut down your inner experience with manipulations and movements, you may not know what you are feeling.
When we are ready to experience our suffering and learn from it, we put ourselves in a new direction towards our wholeness.
