What is introvert and extrovert?

Hi guys! Here I'm gonna tell you an amazing psychological behavior of introvert and extroverts. How do they behave, what do they like, etc. So don't skip, read fully. Let's go!

 Introversion and extroversion! 

The traits of introversion and extroversion are a central dimensions of  some human personality theories. The term introversion and extroversion are introduced by Carl Jung, although both the popular understanding and current psychological usage vary.

Introversion and extroversion refer to where people receive energy from. Extroverts are energized by socializing in a large group of people having, many friends, instead of a few intimate ones while introverts are energized by spending time alone or with a smaller group of friends.

  • You need alone time to rest and recharge after a busy working day
  • You prefer quality time with one or few friends
  • You can get lost in your thoughts easily and need more time to process and think through most things
  • You can't get along with everyone easily

  • They will be shy people

  • You prefer spending your time around other people and dislike being alone
  • You need quality time with others to help you to recharge
  • You like crowds, parties and other gatherings with lots of new people
  • You're outgoing, talkative and like being personality
  • You can easily cope with everyone
  • You can explore yourself more than extroverts
  • You will be more talkative
  • You will be sociable person
  • Most active person
  • Always liked by everyone. 

Typically, introvert tend to enjoy more time to themselves. They are very aware of their internal thoughts and recharge more in solitude. Extroverts can be just the opposite to introverts. Extroverts are often outspoken, outgoing, and absolutely love being around other people. 

You can also consider how you feel after socializing to help you decipher if you're more introverted or extroverted in person. 'We often  see that extroverts feels refueled and filled up after being with s crowd and connecting with other people. While introverts may feel drained when they are with lost of people.

  • You are excellent communicator with good skills
  • You will enjoy being the center of attention. 

Interesting facts: 

  1. Introverts are more likely to locate their "real me" (the essence of whom they really are) on the internet, while extroverts locate their "real me" through more traditional social interaction. 
  2. Heavy social media users are seen by themselves and others as more outgoing and extroverted.
  3. Introvert and extrovert can respond differently to a type of workplace training. The study suggested relaxation training is particularly beneficial for introverts, whereas ideation skills training is more effective for extroverts.
  4. Extroverts are more likely to prefer immediate rewards than introverts. They are particularly sensitive to impulsive, incentive-reward-driven behaviors and are more likely to be involved in extreme sports and other risk taking behaviors.
  5. Extroverts, show superior performance in learning tasks when they  rewarded. Suggest that dopamine responsively encourages sensitivity to reward in extroverts, while introverts exhibit greater sensitivity to punishment
