Industry experience in manufacturing and customizing molds for plastic molding machines. We mainly manufacture injection molds and injection molding machines.
China Auto Mold manufacturers - Select 2021 high quality Auto Mold products in the best price from certified Chinese Auto Accessory, Automobile Parts suppliers, wholesalers and factory. Lower price tag: The base price of these machines are significantly less than its alternatives.
Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine
Stronger parts: The hydraulic parts of the machine are more resistant to wear and tear—they are built to last. Cheaper parts: If a part on the machine needs to be replaced due to damage or the part life span reached its limit, the replacement part are lower cost and easier to find.
Hybrid Injection Molding Machine
The hybrid models promise the best of the both worlds by bringing together the benefits of an electric motor and hydraulics.
Plastic Injection Molding Machines
All types of injection molding machines are made up of two parts – an injection unit and a clamping unit. It sounds simple enough until you start talking about the wide-ranging needs of the end user. Different industries and indeed different applications require different machines.
- Fully hydraulic machines offer high clamping force that is needed for big part production.
- All electric machines are perfect for short injection times and provide the best production cleanliness.
- Hybrid machines have excellent energy efficiency and give you more freedom for innovative mold design.
- The ever popular tie-bar-less design allows for absolute freedom to the mold area for complex molds, rapid mold change and unobstructed robot movement.
- Lastly, vertical molding is perfect for over molding inserts while offering a compact machine design.
Over the years, machines have been designed to fit every application that has presented itself in the injection molding industry.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- The feeding throat is blocked by melted material. In this heat that is in proximity of the feeding throat.
- Do barrel temperatures match with the material data sheet? An important item to check.
- Are you using the right screw? Some materials might require different screws
- Water cooling for the feed throat? Make sure and check.
- Check the placement of the material hopper and ensure that is properly in place.
- He check ring isn’t closing. Here you will need to increase decompression after plasticizing. Also make sure to check the shot size. Too small? Depends on the material.
- Is the injection pressure constant? Things like ambient conditions, cooling water, not fully dried material, and regrind affect the viscosity changing. This also leads to changes in injection pressure, so here you should increase injection volume.
- Is the right check ring being used? Some materials require specialized check rings that close faster.
I am experiencing variations in cycle time, what’s going on?
-
- Important to note which movement is the one that is varying.
- For example, if variations are deduced to happen during plastic check to see if maximum torque is being reached.
- Also check if barrel temperatures matching what is listed on the material data sheet. If not, then increase.
My parts are coming out with flash, sink marks or burn marks, what can I do?
-
-
- Flash - Is the injection pressure constant? Things like ambient conditions, cooling water, not fully dried material, and regrind affect the viscosity changing. This also leads to changes in injection pressure, so here you should decrease injection volume and also increase clamp force.
- Burn marks – Means air is not escaping the cavity fast enough. Lower clamp force to improve venting from the mold.
- Sink marks – Probably means your injection volume is too small, so increase that along with the holding pressure and time.
