WHAT IS INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM ?

In India, education is given by public & private schools. But what about the knowledge & understanding. Do all children gain knowledge just by going to school? Nowadays, parents are constraining their children to score higher marks just because of the judgemental society.

As we all know, the population of India ranks 2nd in the world where every child's education is not possible because of lack of funds, illiteracy, etc. But why, first, the child should be taught about humanity. In Japan, students till class third are first taught to discipline elders, good etiquette, and humanity despite teaching basics of any subjects.

If they can you score higher marks, then why not my child? Whereas Indian parents are very much obsessed with the ones who score higher marks or rank first without being aware of their child's passion, interest, or intrigue at a particular topic. , They pay higher fees beyond their capacity just for their child to score higher marks. But even parents are right. They want their children to be not like them (illiterate). They want them to live a better life than what they have live by working as laborers or at a lower position in a company.

Parents must ask their children to express their interests, views, opinions on their topic of interest instead of just forcefully run them on a race of 'HIGH SCORE, LOW KNOWLEDGE.' We must encourage our children to choose their field of interest and be creative. This makes the child be creative, innovative and spend maximum time enjoying the topic of their interest. Indian Education System teaches students online or by going to school and held exams in 25:75 pattern. At the same time, the child makes efforts to memorize concepts without knowing or finding out the basics of a particular topic or a subject.

As they just study to pass the exams when the exams are over, the students continue to do the same thing for their next exam. For example:- if we are starting to teach the chapter HCF-LCM, the most important thing is tables. If the child doesn't know the tables, how are you expecting the child to solve the sums?

On the contrary, some of the teacher's point of view is that they are more concentrated on completing the portion on time even when they know that children don't know the tables. This only keeps pressuring or burdening the child more and more, and the child starts preparing for the exams. Some students join classes such as home tuitions whereas parents of those children who hardly can afford the school fees remain backward from the other children just because they are poor.

Let's compare the children of higher status (rich) and the children of the lower status (poor). The rich people spend thousands of money on their children on studies such as private tuition, personal tuition, etc. Although the poor people cannot send their child to school, somehow they manage, as they have no option. As the poor child grows up and becomes a laborer or at a lower position in a company. There should be a proper study platform for all the children, making their future brighter and brighter, excluding the social status.

Let me tell you a short story:- there are two mothers with their son waiting for the bus to go to school, and across the street, a man is unloading the goods. The one mother told her son, 'if you don't study, you will end up like him, although the other mother told her son, 'Dear son, you have to study hard for people like him to live in a better world.' We should not compare; we should explain to them the importance of education in life.
