Meditation is a group of mental training techniques. You can use meditation to improve mental health and strength, and help improve physical health. Some of these methods are very simple, so you can read them in a book or article; others need the guidance of a qualified meditation teacher. WHAT IS REFLECTION Many techniques called meditation include the following:
1) Sitting or lying in a comfortable position.
2) You breathe regularly. You breathe deep enough to get enough oxygen. When you breathe, you relax your muscles so that your lungs relax, but without too much strain. 3) You stop thinking about everyday problems and issues.
4) You focus your thoughts on a particular sound, a certain word you repeat, a certain image, a mysterious idea, or a certain feeling. All your attention should be focused on the object you have chosen to focus on.
5) When other external thoughts come in, just stop this external thought, and return to the meditation object.
Different meditation methods vary depending on the level of concentration, and how external thoughts are handled. In some cases, the goal is to concentrate so much that no external thoughts occur. In some techniques, the focus is relaxed so that external thoughts are easily expressed. When these external thoughts are discovered, the person releases them and returns to pure meditation in a relaxed manner. The thoughts that come up, will usually be about things you forgot or pressed and allow you to rediscover hidden memory objects. This recovery will have a psychotherapeutic effect. EFFECTS OF REFLECTION Meditation has the following effects:
1) Meditation will give you rest and relaxation.
2)You learn to relax.
3) You learn to focus better on problem-solving.
4) Meditation often has a positive effect on blood pressure.
5) Meditation has beneficial effects on the body's internal processes, such as blood circulation, respiration, and digestion.
6)Regular meditation will have a psychotherapy effective effect.
7) Regular meditation will help the immune system.
8) Meditation is often fun.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPNOSIS AND MEDITATION Hypnosis may have some of the same relaxing and psychotherapeutic effects as meditation. However, when you meditate, you control yourself; additively allows another person or device to control you. And hypnosis will not affect training in concentration skills. SIMPLE FORM OF REFLECTION Here's an easy way to meditate: 1. Sit in a comfortable chair in a comfortable place. 2. Relax all your muscles as much as you can. 3. Stop thinking about anything, or at least try not to think about anything. 4. Breathe, relax all the muscles in your respirator. 5. Repeat the following for 10 - 20 minutes: - Breathe deeply until you feel you are getting enough oxygen. - Exhale, relax your chest and diaphragm completely. - Every time you breathe, think of the word “one” or another simple one inside you. You should think of the word for a long time, and in order to feel it inside you, but you should try to avoid using your mouth or voice. 6. When it comes to external thoughts, just set these thoughts in a relaxed state, and keep focusing on the breath and the word you are repeating. As you continue this meditation, you should feel a gradual relaxation of your mind and body, feel that you are breathing slowly and effectively, and that blood circulation throughout your body is becoming more efficient. You may also feel a growing sense of well-being in every meditation. EFFECTS OF MEDICINE ON DISEASES Like any type of training, meditation can be an exaggeration for fatigue and tiredness. So you should not meditate too long or be so preoccupied that you feel tired or empty. Meditation can sometimes present problems for people suffering from mental illness, epilepsy, serious heart problems or neurological disorders. On the other hand, meditation may be helpful in treating some of these and other conditions. People suffering from these conditions should evaluate the effects of different types of meditation on their type of health problems, before they begin to practice meditation, and be careful when choosing to start meditation. It may be wise to learn to meditate on the experience of an experienced teacher, psychologist, or health-care professional who uses meditation as a treatment for a specific illness.
