After taking action, he employs force, fraud, and coercion to compel the victim to get involved in forces labor, slavery, commercial sex acts, and other acts of such nature against their will.
There is an estimate that Human trafficking is 150$ billion industries, and it is one of the fastest-growing transnational criminal activities of the 21st century.
Human trafficking is generally used to describe those people who are being forced to work in inhumane conditions, for little or no pay, and against their will. They are found working in factories in China, trash heaps in India, or private homes in New York. The victims of Human Trafficking are often lured by the false promises of decent work made to them by the traffickers.
Traffickers often make threats against victims and their families if they try to escape.
Human Trafficking: Not limited to few Countries:
If you think that Human Trafficking is only limited to a few countries, then it is wrong. Almost all countries around the globe have the problem of human trafficking.
The majority of the victims are trafficked within their nations or countries.
But some of them are transported to another part of the world as well.
And generally, it seems that the transportation of people from one part of the world to another is usually from less economically developed areas to their countries.
So, the person is transported from under developing nations to developed nations, and almost all countries are involved in the process of Human Trafficking.

•Lack of Education:
It can lead to decreased opportunities for work at a living wage, and it can also lead to a reduced knowledge of rights. Traffickers mainly target those areas where people are illiterate, or they are non-state about human trafficking.
Lack of education in an area creates a favorable environment for the traffickers.
•Demand for cheap labor:
The basic of economics tells us that supply and demand need to exist for a market to form. The directions for cheap labor lead to opportunities for the traffickers to exploit people.
•Lack of Human Rights for Vulnerable Groups:
In many countries, the vulnerable groups in society lack institutionalized human rights, leading to them being potential victims of trafficking.
Traffickers can prey on these vulnerable groups because they lack the protection of law enforcement.
So, due to the lack of fundamental human rights of vulnerable groups, they become the victims of human trafficking in large numbers.
•Social Factor and Cultural Practices:
In many countries, their cultural practices and social factors are a significant cause of human trafficking.
In many countries, bonded labor is seen as an acceptable way to pay off debt. Countries such as Mauritania still practice antiquated slavery, in which families are held for generations by slave-masters.
•Trafficking generates a significant profit:
Another most important cause of human trafficking is the large number of profits that traffickers gain. This is an incentive for the traffickers to continue what they did.
•Traffickers:
The other leading cause of human trafficking is traffickers themselves. Traffickers are the ones who choose to exploit people for their; traffickers indulge in buying and selling of human beings as if they are some products.
EFFECT ON VICTIMS:
Victims who are exploited and transported by the traffickers from one place to another have to face various consequences due to human trafficking. These mainly include

Forced begging
Domestic slavery
Forced criminality
Forced marriage
Forces drug trafficking

SUGGESTIONS TO STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING AROUND THE GLOBE:
Some progress is being made in combating the problem of human trafficking. So many countries of the world passed legislation to criminalize human trafficking. Human trafficking can be decreased by applying the following methods:
•EDUCATION:
The very first method can be effective in combat. Human trafficking is education. Mainly we see that traffickers victimize illiterate or victimized those who are illiterate or who have no knowledge.
So, if people are educated, they are not easily misled by the traffickers, and also, they cannot be trapped by the traffickers.
•RAISE AWARENESS:
Both governments and individual volunteers can take this step.
People living in underdeveloped areas or slum areas are not aware of human trafficking. When traffickers mislead them by false promises, they easily believe in traffickers and become victims of human trafficking.
So, there is a need to be aware of those people by personally visiting them or using several other means of communication.
•STRONG PUNISHMENT:
Traffickers should be given intense punishment to create an environment of fear in the mind of other trafficker.

Every country is directly or indirectly involved in the process of human trafficking. Human rights are exploited in human trafficking.
Poverty, lack of education and speedy justice, corruption, and not awareness are some of the main reasons for human trafficking.
As a result of trafficking, people are turned up into forced labor. Sometimes they are sexually abused, or their body’s organs are traded.
The problem of human trafficking needs a permanent solution. Every year not just in India but also in other countries, lakes of people are becoming victims of human trafficking.
So many innocent’s life turns up into danger because this problem is not limited to the boundaries of a particular country.
So, along with national law, any international law must be made for the problem of human trafficking because it infringes human rights.
