What is heart disease? What is the cause?
This is not an easy question to answer because there is no single organization that you can identify and call 'heart disease'. There are many heart and circulatory disorders, with a range of causes that include genetics or genetic factors, or both. Sometimes there are many causes for one condition, each of which adds to the picture and the major heart problem. The term 'Multifactorial' is a term used by doctors to describe the causes of these heart diseases. This is the case with the most important disease - heart disease - as we will see soon.
If you look at the medical literature of the past few years, you will find that researchers have come a long way in trying to determine if there is one major cause of heart disease in the world. Of the western world. Some scientists think that heart disease is a result of what we do, other things we are. Still others think that we are, in effect, innocent victims of an out-of-control situation. This, however, is not a widely held idea ...
What do these lessons tell us?
Many of them point to a recurrence of what is also known and what is considered serious, risk factors for those heart diseases that seem to be found and avoided: foods that lead to high body cholesterol, smoking, drinking, physical inactivity., [depression], obesity, high blood pressure - all of which we will discuss at length later.
Apart from this, new reports are constantly coming out, and some are making headlines in the newspapers. Some underline the obvious, while others violate the new foundation or the boundary of the supernatural. Many of them are asking more questions than they are looking to answer. For example:
• Poverty and heart disease are linked. According to one study, the mortality rate of heart disease increases as the family unit declines. What is the reason for this? According to one epidemiologist, well-to-do individuals have not been able to get good advice on how to abstain from bad habits, such as smoking, gluttony, and avoid exercise, while the best have changed their behavior and become more physically active.
• It is thought that sickle cell anemia can cause heart attacks without coronary atherosclerosis (fat that resides in the walls of the coronary artery). The scientist believes that for some black people (that part of the population is almost exclusively) crescent red blood cells during an attack may keep the heart muscle from getting enough oxygen, leading to starvation and eventually myocardial infarction '['commonly known as heart disease']'.
• Numerous studies indicate that noise - industrial, environmental, etc. - can cause high blood pressure and heart problems. According to one study, people living near or near airports are more likely to have high blood pressure, high heart rate, and many other cardiovascular changes. And, worst of all, children seem to be the most affected by this dangerous noise pollution. The upper chamber is called the atrium (or auricle), and the lower chamber is called the ventricle. Two atria act as chambers to receive blood that enters the heart; ventricles with extra muscles pump blood out of the heart.
