What is Heart Attack

A heart attack is a very serious heart attack that "attacks" suddenly. They can be characterized by a variety of chest pain and discomfort as well as sweating, vomiting, and nausea. Sometimes these symptoms can even lead to a complete loss of consciousness. A heart attack occurs when the blood supply to part of the heart is cut off. This disruption causes tissue death and scarring in the local area of the heart. Due to the fact that the disruption can vary in size, as well as the area affected. Big or small, heart attacks are serious and often fatal. As such, it is a medical emergency requiring immediate care from emergency medical services. Awareness of heart attack symptoms along with a combination of a complete medical history, blood tests, and electrocardiogram results is part of a heart attack diagnosis. In recovery, the most important thing is to restore blood flow to the area of the heart that has been interrupted. This is achieved through thrombosis and/or angioplasty. The Procedure or Process in which an enzyme dissolved a blood clot in arteries is thrombosis. Angioplasty is a procedure in which a balloon opens an artery. It is important to watch for various complications which can prevent a second heart attack. Through this monitoring, It helps to eliminate any risk factors that may exist, helping to reduce the risk of further heart attacks.

A healthy body breeds a healthy mind. So, here are some tips on how to keep your body healthy.

1)  You should get very good vitamins. What does it mean? High value? No. What I mean is that the vitamins dissolve in your body, so you can benefit from the vitamins in your body. I know of a single vitamin that is made up of fructose, which benefits our bodies by absorbing 95% of the vitamin, not just passing it through.

2) Practice Your body should move. We have to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. The best way to track this is to use a gait monitor that can be hung on a belt or trousers. Then watch how many steps you take and if it's aerobic. It will make your heart beat faster. When your heart starts beating, your body moves; and you feel better from every angle

3) Food. We need to eat more vegetables and cut down on processed foods. We need to go back to cooking dinner instead of using processed foods that are quick and easy to make. I fall into this category. I am re-educating myself to make the best choice for my family. Life is busy, and it's easiest to use instant meals.

Tip

Make Sunday your family cooking day. Get everyone in the kitchen and prepare 5 dinners a week. Place in the freezer when cooled. Then during the week, take your dinner out of the freezer and let it defrost in the fridge while you're at work. It's something to get used to, but it makes Sunday so memorable.

This is a simple change, but it can save you or your loved one from something very serious. With a few good changes, you can lead a healthier life.
