Healthy Lifestyle The healthy lifestyle can be defined as; the lifestyle we lead that is in line with our values, beliefs, attitudes, goals and objectives regarding life, physical health, psychological health, mental well-being and spiritual health. We should understand this may include eating right, drinking water regularly, doing exercise regularly, developing social support, taking care of our general physical condition and also having a good attitude and outlook about life. Many of these can help improve our physical health, while others could improve our mental health. So it is important to find out more about how many benefits it offers us, but firstly it is vital that you are happy, that's all that matters. This is what's in your hand right now, I think you need to take control of yourself if you're not happy that is when all will go wrong. Firstly, you have to stop thinking what others want and start thinking what you want, so don't just follow everyone around. It is very hard for some people to say good morning because they have busy lives, and they don't like to talk to anybody that doesn't matter to them. It helps if you know what's in their mind and how things are going. If it wasn't so easy for you to say it, that would mean lots of work, so start looking at what you are saying instead. For example, if I say I'm going to do something then I should say it, you need to make sure that you get your point across by yourself in the most polite way possible. Another thing is that you can improve on everything a lot better if you start treating other people the way you want to be treated by somebody else.
People are worth more than we think they are Sometimes being positive about yourself can cause people to judge you but, we are all valuable in so many ways but if you are putting up your face then people are going to judge you whether you like or, not, no one can see it. But if you be honest with yourself you will not feel bad about yourself because when you try and look within yourself you can see things about yourself that you need to fix. You also want to do your best for yourself and not others, so are patient and understanding and know that we have so much more to give than you think. Being happy makes you a happier person because it allows you to put up a face when interacting with others. Also, being happy gives you self-confidence on different levels, which allows you to feel you are confident about your future. When you're happy for yourself you'll be happy for others too because happiness means that no one wants to hurt you, it means your health and well-being are improving, and you will feel like an independent person. They are often seen as negative thoughts at times, but some people can be more prone to getting rid of negative thoughts when feeling depressed, sad or when they feel upset. Try to learn to stay present and enjoy every moment by trying new activities, just focusing on other people's negativity as well. Happiness can negatively affect everyone, on occasion, when someone isn't happy for themselves they want to destroy others or take attention away from them instead of appreciating their good qualities. Not being happy can cause depression, or it is often linked to negative stress. Unhappy people usually suffer from problems related to their emotional health, mental illness, and loneliness. There are two main causes of unhappiness in relationships which may include jealousy, lack of communication, and being defensive or angry. Jealousy and anger have often been associated with the development of personality disorders such as depression, as well as anxiety disorders. People who have a lot of jealousy in their personal life will also experience low self-esteem, poor self-confidence, isolation, and poor ability to cope with rejection. It can also lead to feelings of worthlessness and inadequacy, where many people feel like they are being cheated and feel like nothing is worth their effort if they don't do something to change the situation. However, it can also trigger extreme jealousy, which can lead to severe jealousy and then the opposite extreme of isolation and feeling of guilt as well as shame. Jealousy can also increase if you have a partner who constantly criticizes you, which will make you feel like you are losing your partner or someone who loves you but isn't giving you love and affection. Anger can be a result of various events including when someone insults a close friend or loved one or gets mad or annoyed for small things which may be taken lightly as part of life in society for example if you work long hours, you often forget to sleep and when you are in a serious mood, you can become frustrated which will affect the way you conduct yourself. In certain situations anger can be necessary to protect the victim, but if you are always angry your relationship can suffer, as well as the victim. Anger is also an emotion that can help to keep people safe when under attack, but again if you feel that you're being attacked then anger could be one of the reasons why you are being attacked whether it's verbal or physical. If you are always angry, and you aren't given love and affection, you can develop the same sort of insecurity as your partner and make your relationship less satisfactory. Anger could lead you to lose yourself and create feelings of helplessness for many people as you feel powerless. To avoid any form of bullying or harassment, you should never let them get away or ignore the behavior. Do not let anyone speak badly about any individual who has suffered because of prejudice, ignorance, and discrimination. Remember, there is no such thing as good enough for a particular person, and you should be open and honest with yourself. You should also remember that a negative thought is not as bad as a negative feeling, a negative feeling could mean you are being negative to yourself and this could affect you and your emotions. Asking "Why me?" or "What's wrong with me?" can make you feel anxious and depressed. Your anxiety and depression can also make negative changes and even negative thoughts or talk negatively about yourself or negative people. These can lead to feelings of uselessness, self-deprecation, hopelessness, guilt, and ultimately negative emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Be aware of all the emotions to be aware of them, the body language around them, and their reactions toward you.
