What is happiness and how a person make other people happy?

First, of all, I am telling you about the people of the world. Up to the teenager's age, people live as per their living, with happiness and without tension. Happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment.

Happiness has been described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction. Scientists have discovered that happiness has many major effects and benefits for our health. I am sure that many people who read this article and will think that I am mad. Quite frankly, I do not care.

I am talking about happiness in this article, but most people only talk about money and wealth. They don't want to live with happiness. There are many cases registered in the Court and Police stations of fighting and stolen money.

All that most of my friends talk only about money and properties such as:-

-        What car do you drive?
-        How much is your house worth?
-        How much do you earn?
-        How much did your suit cost?
-      Where are you going on holiday this year?

I find that all of this is very boring and think that they are rather sad. They are basically obsessed with money.

I will give you an example of one such friend; his name is John. He never talks about anything else, and always looking into get-rich-quick schemes. He is also in a lottery syndicate, in which there are about a hundred members. Every member of the lottery participant pays around twenty pounds per week.

John likes to go out socializing on a Saturday night. However, he soon gets itchy feet at the time of the lottery draw. He goes to the room, with a piece of paper, his lottery serial numbers, and a little pen. After some time, he will go to the restroom, where he will then phone his girlfriend.

After his girlfriend has told him which numbers were drawn, John will spend around twenty minutes checking his numbers and then re-checking to see if he has any winning lines. Eventually, he returns to the group, who seems very keen to discover how much he has won/lost.

To date, he has only won small amounts. However, he is convinced that one day he will become a millionaire. Then he will start talking about the lottery to the other people, which they would buy if they were lucky enough to win. At that time or stage, I become so bored and wish I had stayed at home and watched the football.

For me, the two most important things in life are health and happiness. These are two things which can not buy with the help of money. Some time ago, my dad was fallen ill with severe disease. He was in a bad health condition and spent around five months in hospital. He died in the hospital when he was only fifty-seven years old.

I felt powerless after the death of my father, eland. I feared the worst, even though I was trying hard work to think and stay positive. I remember thinking, if I gave everything related to wealth to those doctors who are only related to me, then I lost everything. I own in the world; it still would not help him. At that moment, I realized that money is only a piece of paper.

Happiness is the same; I remember at the age of twenty-one having lots of money and had been surprised that I was depressed at the same time. After my father's death, I have had next to no money and have been extremely happy.

The way to make other people happy:-

-           Do a positive talk for someone.

-           Don't think negatively about anyone.

-           Compliment to a co-worker.

-           Compliment to a stranger.

-           Thanks to your spouse.

-            Help people who required help.

-           Do Exercise and Yoga every day.

At last, I will tell the readers to live with happiness and  same thing tell to their family.
