From the Kingdom of Darkness. Col 1: 12-14; giving thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son;
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Many things have happened in this world, death has come to those who wait, not knowing when or where it will come, but it comes to all. Many clergymen, of God's testimony, of His Son Jesus, wept bitterly over the dead and lost many who died without hope of Salvation through the shedding of the Blood of the Lamb. Their redemption has ended and is no longer available to them, who have decided to follow false gods forever. These true Teachers are not to blame for the lost dead, but the fault lies with those who prefer darkness over light. Those who have died in sin must also be raised to sin to share in human judgment. There is nothing wrong with true teachers, doing their job for God and for people to bring the truth.
2Co 4: 5 (Wesley) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and we are your servants for Jesus' sake. There is no fault in us, nor in the doctrine they hear about us. We do not preach on our own - As we can enlighten, or forgive, or sanctify. But Jesus Christ - As your only wisdom, righteousness, sanctification. We ourselves are your servants - We are ready to make the worst offices. Because of Jesus - Not honor, passion, or happiness. The Father has transferred us to the kingdom of his dear Son. The word "translated" has two distinct meanings, 1.Translation of the body, as stated in the text. Carry, carry or move from one place to another. To remove or transfer to heaven, as a person, without death.
“By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; Hebrews 16. ”
2. Translated as spiritual.
Those that are interpreted as such, as they are, are also morally converted. This is a change from the mind of the flesh to the mind of Christ. A change of attitude is a change in your thoughts process a change in the heart.
Many believe that Col 1: 12-14, states that Christians, translated, are not immune to the attacks of Satan and the forces of darkness, which is a misconception and a dangerous belief. The translation here refers to the immortality of the soul, not to the physical death of the body. Translation from the realm of falsehood and deception to the Kingdom of Light and Truth. From being a slave to Satan to a Servant of the Lord God Almighty. From being a slave to sin to being a son of God. As long as the Body is alive, it is a victim of Satan and the kingdom of darkness. Still do not believe? Consider the example of Paul; 2Co 12: 7-10; And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
In this behalf I three times entreated the Lord that it might depart from me.
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. I will most gladly spend and be completely spent for your souls, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. for when I am weak, then I am strong. Paul was a preacher to the Gentiles, which we all are. "And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of revelations" this passage reveals that Paul, to be kept humble, as we are, was given wisdom, to keep him in subjection. The word "revelation" was not the Book of Revelation, but a spiritual understanding of the truth of the Gospel. Paul says this twice, "lest I should be exalted above measure." You have all the wisdom and knowledge in the scriptures while we are all living in this realm of darkness. John 17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 2Co 4: 3-4 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. I wish to look, for a moment, especially the words, "in which the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers" "the god of this world," is Satan. . ” If we look at the book of Revelation, after the letters to the churches we see a very disturbing pattern. From chapter 6 there is no mention of the Church until later in the prophecy. This is troubling because if you realize, even you prophecies of revelation are still available to all, no one pays attention to us. The Bible is still available but a person, unlike today, who is too focused on the prophecies, refuses to hear the Scriptures, or ignores us. Why? 1. The Church Is Ended. The preaching of the good news has changed from Gentiles to Jews, and so are the 144,000 sealed Jews. The Gentile times have been fulfilled. That is not to say that the Gentiles cannot repent but that prophecy must be fulfilled as it is written. Revelation 11: 3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
2. The kingdom of darkness has overshadowed the whole world. Revelation 11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
3. Everyone is busy keeping themselves. Revelation 6: 15-17 The kings of the earth, and the princes, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the caves. th
