Fashion designers make an effort to create clothes that are both aesthetically beautiful and useful. They work with a variety of materials, colors, patterns, and designs, taking into account the wearer and the circumstances in which the garment will be worn. Fashion designers employ a variety of techniques; some begin with an idea in their heads and then create it on paper or a computer, while others immediately drape fabric over a dress form, sometimes referred to as a mannequin. It is interesting to see the numerous processes that go into the design process, which is particular to the designer.
