3= I need help to help to achieve all my medical aims, i already helping but with more help more people can be helped, Scientific studies have shown that among other cases food adulteration is leading cause of rising cancers, kidney failures in JK.

4= I think improving primary education is important for our future and present generation.
5= Population control by awareness, love is important but not by coercion or force. Even if GDP improves , population increase nullifies all gains.
I Have experience in following
• Head of projects regarding awareness and subsequent eradication of TB, COVID-19, Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS and Leprosy ,Mental health Ailments as well as awareness on diabetes, hypertension, obesity -most recently worked as State head for CHRI in Jammu Kashmir on TB eradication. As State program head worked successfully to reduce gap between private and public sector in TB prevention, DBT, contact tracing, ACF. I also conducted new mapping of All Private health providers, CBNAAT services and uploaded on NIKSHAY WEBSITE. I also arranged for a survey on link between depression and tuberculosis.
I write often in local and national newspapers on following topics.
•Awareness on TB, Diabetes, Depression, Cancer.
•Issues of Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW)
•Dialysis, Health issues of senior citizens
•Public Health, Stigma of TB, Leprosy , stories of champions who won their fight against TB, Cancer, and stigma given by society and support they received during their epic battles.
