What Is Engineering

As the world moves towards hi tech direction, the demand for engineers is growing steadily. Engineering is the use of scientific principles to design and build machines, structures, and other items, including bridges, tunnels, roads, vehicles, and buildings for the welfare of human beings. From civil to aerospace and everything in the middle of the engineering, the field is huge, and their demand remains very deep. Being an engineer is a highly esteemed profession, as everything in the modern world of science would not exist without an engineer. Even since ancient times when Rome was still an Empire, without engineers troops under the command of Julius Caesar would not have been able to cross the Rhine River to protect Gaul from its invaders. Although the bridges were built in less than two weeks, they were able to carry the weight of tens of thousands of soldiers across the river, beyond being able to withstand the raging torrents. Although an engineer is considered a social scientist, it is definitely wrong. As scientists study the environment to discover common principles, engineers are using advanced systems based on mathematics and science to develop the most cost-effective way to solve technical problems. Engineers use their skills and knowledge to effectively meet the social need while calling. People are looking for ways to simplify their lives through different ways and their leaders want to meet those needs, but, the problem is that money is involved in implementing these programs. If such schemes were to be implemented in the sense of “just as long as they were used,” then money would be blinded to such a foolish system that cost the city, state, or nation billions of dollars. Engineers are coming in to save money for leaders so that they can use that money wisely in other programs that can improve people's quality of life. When engineers design a new product, they consider many factors to ensure that the product they are designing, is the best that can be created with existing technology, knowledge and budget. After a great deal of design and testing, they create an expensive, highly secure, and reliable product that is suitable for public use. Engineers are not the only ones who design the roads and bridges that you use to drive to work or school or university, or to buildings that define a big city. They also design virtual reality objects such as the paper cup you use to drink your coffee every morning to the more complex parts of the computer you use to browse the internet you are currently using to read this article. Engineers are an integral part of today's world, and without them everything we see today would be impossible. From car stops during your commute to work, to a comfortable chair, to a comfortable bed to sleep through the night and an engineer involved to move you from vision to something tangible to use. Thanks to engineering, we can have these key features that make our lives easier.
