What is Education, Teachers, Scholars, and Pakistan?
Educational reforms in the State of Pakistan can be useful only when all the three important elements of the education system, education, teachers, and knowledgeable are passionate about being familiar with modern investigations.

Always keeping the education system behind the state of Pakistan, our politicians found it appropriate and appropriate in their favor. The present government has tried to burn this system by bringing educational reforms, but I don't know why I don't see that effort succeeding. It is not that there is no access to education in Pakistan. If someone says and understands this, it is wrong to find the figures of children who do not go to school. Then we also use these figures to criticize the policies of the government. There is another aspect to all this, how many children and people have access to mobile, computer, and internet? And how and for what purpose do they use this technology? How many educational content or educational websites are included in the list searched in Pakistan, and which number is in the list? Tell both these questions whether education is expensive or passion is over for education? Education is not expensive. Not at all, the degree is expensive. And our society has created trouble for the next generation by bridging the gap between education and degree. It was the education system that grew up in the country of Pakistan that taught that knowledge is a degree. And here we also put the last nail in the coffin of society going down. We have a decades-old curriculum that is designed to equip this curriculum with modern research. Our teachers are not familiar with this dimension of research. It was also good to break the stagnation of the education system and create educational reforms. Of course, it was welcome, but Mir Aswan is, why doesn't the Education Department, while formulating reforms, take into account who will implement all this plan? I have recently written about 100% performing institutions in boards and unfortunately, private colleges here are considered better than government colleges and so on. Now, the overall mindset of teachers and women teaching in these private colleges is what I have written in the above lines. (However, differences are your democratic right. If you are aware of a teacher, I must meet those who are determined to become teachers by treating education as a sacred trust and then carry it out as a duty) With such teachers, do you talk about revolutionizing the field of education? So it will be nothing short of fun. In a society where retired government teachers make their disciples successful by 100% result by creating tuition centers and wrote the previous papers of boards. In a society where the marks of the optical paper are given on the basis of ''tea water'', you are talking about creating an educational system in which students are creatively interested in any subject and will be given marks on the basis of this opinion. To say this is a wonderful step and society progresses in the field of education only when they can understand any subject and think about it and reach out to others in a civilized and effective manner. But my problem is who will explain such creative topics to the students? Who will check the creative opinion scrawled in the student paper and give it the number sesame marks? For if books are opened and put in front of you to check the paper, The fact is that before every reform, the mistake should be determined, this mistake should be put forward and reforms should be talked about. Let those who have been doing what is wrong with what is wrong, why it needs to be improved, and how to improve it, these conversations, sessions create an environment and create a way to improve this environment. Improvement is not born out of motivation notifications, policies, and orders. We have to teach today's teachers how important it is to learn and there is no difficulty in keeping ourselves equipped with modern knowledge and research, we have to teach an educator that there is a difference between knowledge and degree and knowledge is in your hands whenever you want, Wherever you want you can get, provided you want to get education and education. Education that cannot create a substance of reform and a way of improvement in a person is not a burden of education, a burden of words and statistics. Education has to be free from the burden of words and statistics and equipped with modern research, the teacher has to create a sense of responsibility and develop a passion for the teacher. Then, going somewhere, we will be able to create a society familiar with the true meaning and meaning of education for our society for future generations.
