Education: Expectations vs. Reality
Positive expectations are formed by the individual’s positive reality. What the person feels positive about, is usually what they perceive as likely. One night, you’re absolutely hungry and relaxed, having just eaten chocolate covered in peanut butter. You wish you could eat a bear. You heard you might like a shark.
Positive expectations are essentially an imagined world of perceived reality. It is attached to the individual’s experience, and it is often an exaggeration of reality.
On the other hand, negative expectations are an imagined world of predicted reality.
So what does reality entail for you? Do you like to eat a bear? I’ll bet you don’t.
Do you like sharks? Yep, I like sharks.
Do you like a bear? I wouldn’t like you to try me out.
Do you like shark tails? I’m thinking of the tail of sharks.
Do you like bear tails? What if I didn’t like a bear? I’d have to assume it would probably be a horrible experience.
You can set your expectations because you set your reality, your 3rd likelihood.
But if you don’t set it, you must assume.
How can you select what reality entails for you?
A Positive Expectation
Think of what you’d want from life. What’s your desired outcome?
Imagine being healthy and productive. You’d be so much better off than your peers.
An example of a negative expectation is that you won’t be healthy and productive.
Maternity Pregnancies
The time to be productive would be at home where you’re mom, where you haven’t been doing anything productive.
The time to be productive would be at work.
Why the Time to Be Productive Would Be When You’re Mother?
That’s a physical question, but we’re not here to talk about that.
If you’re active, then at home, the time to be productive would be walking the dog. You’re learning how to walk. You’re becoming physically fit.
If you’re active and your physical fitness develops, then you would feel more productive because you have more energy. You work a part-time job with a competitive rate on your time and bills. The money you earn is going towards groceries. You have to buy food.
When you’re working from home, it’s not such a concern, because you’re having fewer needs than you might need to acquire to afford a house.
The amount of time you’re busy doing nothing productive while “balanced” by the amount of time you’re spending in meetings and at social gatherings is not proportional. So the biggest challenge for you would be, how much you are working, and how much you would need to work to meet these ambitious goals.
Expectations in 3.0
Positive Expectations
If you are healthy and productive, you should gain financially.
If you are healthy and productive, you can choose a lifestyle that works for you.
If you are healthy and productive, you should not have bills that need to be paid, or a demanding job that is preventing you from eating well.
Negative Expectations
If you are unhealthy and produce little good changes, then you should be able to make some changes.
