Niche Marketing vs. Internet Marketing Niche
Comparing niche marketing with Internet marketing niche is comparable to comparing apples to oranges. Apples and oranges are both fruits. Niche Marketing and Niche Internet Marketing are both ways to advertise online, but they are different from apples from oranges.
The term 'niche marketing' means to sell a particular product to a particular type of consumer. Some niches are more competitive than the Internet marketing niche. Many niche markets are very open to the latest marketing strategies, too. Small niche markets are no more than gurus and smart men and are much easier for the first marketer you enter. A niche market allows you to develop your own niche product or that of a niche-related product. There is a niche market for anything and everything you can think of. All it takes to enter a niche market is a good idea, a good product made by you or someone else who will attract certain people, some advertising, and a desire to succeed.
On the other hand, an Internet marketing niche means that you will be promoting your Internet marketing product. This is a very earthquake field and very difficult to get into. A world is full of gurus and smart men who have played and won the game for a long time. It is a world that is still in demand, and that means that if you have a competitive product and are willing to play hard football with big boys, you can succeed in an online advertising niche game. This does not mean that it is impossible to invest in an Internet marketing niche because, of course, you can. Just know that there are nuts in the market for a simple niche that can be broken.
What Niche Marketing does is not.
Niche marketing is not about trying to sell your product or service worldwide. As a small business owner, you would not be able to afford that kind of multimillion-dollar advertising budget. Impossible. However, you can work only with a computer, an Internet connection, and a good idea to sell to a small audience using niche marketing.
Niche marketing is not trying to compete. Competition is excluded from the equation when you do niche marketing. You are not in a world set aside or behind the millions of other people who are selling the same thing you are selling. You sell to specific audiences that you have created through your incoming email list.
Niche marketing is not for sale to different people every day of the week. Once your list is compiled, you can sell to the same people over and over again. By taking as much time as you need and making enough effort to get to know the people who make up your list of buyers, you can continue to sell them.
Niche marketing is not about focusing on the big picture. It’s about focusing on the smaller image, and the smaller, the better. Reducing your niche to a particular market segment ensures you by getting the right market share for that small segment. The earth is vast and has millions of people. You only need a small portion of the population to have a large list of buyers for your products or services.
Niche marketing is not just an impossibility. Niche marketing is all about looking at opportunities. Small opportunities converted to sales can equate to greater profits.
