Don't sit down and let diabetes be under your control. Stand up and control your body. It's a battle to end and if you give it up, diabetes will be your end. If you fight it while standing, lose weight, go there and exercise, listen to the doctor's orders and follow them. Find the strength within yourself to fight this disease. You will be amazed at what happens when you decide to stand up and fight for your health. Be proactive. Find activities that you enjoy and go there and do them. Don't make those activities passive. Even though it's going out every day to play shuffleboard, go out there and play. Enjoy your time in the sun. Pick flowers with small children. Take the golf. Do whatever it takes to get up and move every day to remember why you want to live forever first. See what you eat. Garbage inside, garbage outside, right? Once you are diagnosed with diabetes, your dietary requirements are strict. This means that you must fully comply with your dietary restrictions. To live and enjoy life, learn to live within the limits you can. Surprisingly, there are all kinds of foods available that are suitable for people with diabetes who were not there a few years ago. It is possible to live and eat well with sugar if you stick to your plan. The most important thing about dieting with diabetes is that you will never lose sight of how important it is to do so.
