What is Diabetes and the pH miracle diet

Today, 1 out of every 12 adults has this disease. This means that more than 16 million people have the disease, and 6 million of them walk undiagnosed and unaware of their critical insulin status.

Type II diabetes is caused by an increase in aging, obesity, poor diet, severe depression and poor performance. All of these conditions can be traced back to the same source ... high acidity. Excessively acidic lifestyles and food choices have negative effects on health, which is reflected in the rising levels of diabetes in the country.

Diabetes is an old disease. It has been known for thousands of years, and only today has it turned into a pandemic. Part of the problem is that type 2 diabetes is complex, even for educated adults. People do not understand what insulin does in the body and how insulin metabolism affects health. Even current medical science has misconceptions about the true nature of this disease.

For example, many in the medical community believe that obesity is a factor in diabetes. However, obesity is the result of increased consumption of complex carbohydrates and simple sugars. High levels of consumption of these products (made from foods high in sugar and milled wheat) lead to high acidity in the body. The body tries to counteract the increase in fatty acids by using fats to reduce acidity. Fats are then stored as the body's immune system.

There is also the belief that insulin is needed to regulate blood sugar levels. The term “insulin dependent” was coined in the 1950s to create the impression that muscles and fats need insulin to absorb glucose (a sugar produced by eating a high-carbohydrate and sugary diet). However, current research indicates that many  substances in the body secrete glucose. Cells need glucose for the process of respiration of their cells. The body makes sure that the cells get that, no matter how much insulin they have now.

Insulin resistance, a precursor to type 2 diabetes, is brought on by a highly acidic lifestyle and a choice of acidic foods. It occurs in the liver, muscles and fat cells. Excess caffeine, chocolate, sugar and carbohydrates stimulate these organs and tissues. As the body moves, the cells begin to release glucose, and this leads to higher levels of sugar that people see when they check their blood sugar. Immune cells and a highly acidic state can lead to many overtime problems including premature aging, high blood pressure, inhibition of glycogen release from the liver, and inhibition of fat burning.

Excessive stimulation of body tissues by acidic foods can cause serious damage, and type II diabetes is just a symptom of an acidic lifestyle. To get your body back in balance, you should include alkalizing raw vegetables, green drinks and good fats in your diet. Plant proteins derived from grains and vegetables also help restore the body’s previous homeostasis. A wonderful pH diet includes a balanced diet plan with your body, rather than antagonism. Through dietary supplements, the control and prevention of diabetes is a simple matter of an alkaline diet and life.
