What is daredevil Web series.

Based on the Marvel Comics character Daredevil, Drew Goddard produced the American television series Marvel's Daredevil for the streaming site Netflix. It was the first Marvel Netflix series that led to the crossover miniseries The Defenders, and it is based in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the franchise's motion pictures. Marvel Television and ABC Studios collaborated to make the television series Daredevil. Goddard was a consultant on the series; Steven S. DeKnight was the showrunner for the first season, followed by Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez as co-showrunners for the second and Erik Oleson as showrunner for the third.

Charlie Cox plays Matt Murdock, also known as Daredevil, a blind lawyer by day who battles crime at night as a masked vigilante. Alongside Toby Leonard Moore, Vondie Curtis-Hall, Bob Gunton, and Ayelet Zurer for season one, Jon Bernthal, Élodie Yung, and Stephen Rider for season two, and Joanne Whalley, Jay Ali, and Wilson Bethel for season three, are Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Rosario Dawson, and Vincent D'Onofrio. After Marvel regained the cinematic rights to the character in 2013, Daredevil went into development. Goddard was first brought on board in December of that same year. Ryan Meinerding of the Marvel Studios design team created the Daredevil suit, and Cox was cast in May 2014. The show was supposed to be more sinister than

other Marvel productions, purposefully avoiding connections with the larger MCU, and emphasizing a crime fiction aesthetic influenced by movies from the 1970s. Filming took place in New York City, and the Hell's Kitchen locale of the comics served as influence for the design.

Complete seasons of the first and second seasons were made available on Netflix on April 10, 2015, March 18, 2016, and October 19, 2018, respectively. Positive reviews were given to them, and they won many awards and nominations for Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
